The place is nice and clean but they to to lazy to do a good job. They barely takes the time to do a great job they seem to just be money hungry. They do a half job so be very careful about going to this place for service.

My go to nail salon! Every time I walk in here, almost everybody working calls me by name. I have been going for years and even though I moved further away, I still travel the extra 15 mins because they do such a great job. Highly recommend trying this nail salon!

I absolutely love ️ LaBella Nails I’ve been going since they first opened 6yrs. Ago. I love there Amazing Services & they’ll remember your name! Pre COVID they offered wine I miss that service but the water is always nice!

Had a great experience the first 3-4 visits until I had the male technician. I scheduled my appt by phone for a dip. I arrive and he started off arguing with me that I had acrylic nails. I told him no, it’s just a dip numerous times! He still said it was acrylic (I’m assuming because my nails are naturally long and shaped stiletto, I don’t know but I do know how I’ve had my nails done for years!)
Then after waiting, he comes and tells me he’s doing an acrylic overlay on my dip…I had to tell him no again several times, I don’t want an acrylic overlay, I want a dip, he then proceeds to do an acrylic overlay anyway. I had to pull my hand away and tell him sternly no I scheduled for a dip, I want a dip. He then wasn’t going to soak off my old dip. I had to tell him, no take my old dip off and do a new dip. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never return due this visit. My other visits with the younger female technician was great, she was very friendly (not argumentative) she is the reason for 3 stars. If rating just with the male technician, my rating would be a negative 5. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because my husband came with me and was in the middle of a pedicure. Thankfully a different technician finished my nails.

I would love to see this business grow, as they deserve to be a very successful business. The staff is small, but very attentive and caring, in making sure the customer is happy. I use to go to another nail salon further north, that was very busy, but also not as attentive of the care of their customers. As a result, I received cuts drawing blood to my cuticles on 3 different occasions. Sue, Michel, and Mylee are very professional, and gentle in their manicures and pedicures. I love this nail salon!

Horrible experience.manicure bubble before I even left.after bringing to there attention they tried a cover up. Pedicure the soak machine I was sitting in still cold water which was brought to there attention multiple times and clear gel gone ff3 toes immediately after. 2

The customer service was perfect! I’ve never felt so welcomed! Everyone was nice and considerate. So friendly! The services provided was neat and I’m very picky! I definitely recommend! First time here today and I’ll be back every week!

This is a beautiful nail salon, however they rushed so fast through my pedicure, I should have just done it at home. They didn’t spend hardly any time on cutting cuticles and then kept making excuses for not doing a good job.

People paying for a pedicure don’t want to feel rushed through something that’s suppose to be a relaxing experience. They also don’t want to have to tell you how to do your job. This salon is not fully staffed and cannot accommodate many customers…

If you go, be prepared to wait and receive a poor quality service.

Michael was exceptional! This was my first time to go to La Bella Nail Salon and I could not be more pleased. Michael suggested the white tips instead of pink and whites. It was so much faster and the end result was much nicer than most pink and whites I have had in the past. I live out of state, but I will definitely be back the next time I visit the KC area!

Very nice and clean. Staff was very sweet and gave my daughter a muffin while she waited on me to get done. Pedicure was excellent and my friend's full set looked great too.

I was overcharged and after 4 days of going I already have the top coat peeling off of my nails there's gaps in The rhinestone heart that I had the lady put on my nails as well also I forgot to post a picture of all the Polish under my nails

Walked in for soak off (dip) which only takes 10 minutes at best! Have spent lots of $ and tip generous with this shop. I guess since I’m not getting a full pedi / mani etc they don’t have time. You’ve just lost a customer

Wow! Wonderful service, customer service and products! I’ve been here a total of 3 times and each time I’ve been blown away! They are quick, professional and clean! I love going here and never disappointed! I feel welcomed (as a women of color) and well serviced every time, thank you! I found my new nail salon

I won't go into to much detail jus a little, I had gotten a dip & polish change on my toes. I hate paying my money and my nails and toes get half #@$-+& done! And others come in then I'm getting switched to another person and I had an appointment just like them smh first & last time here! Are there any quality nail salons left in kc* ‍️ I'm really disappointed"* The people were nice but the service for the price could have been far better!

I hope the owner of this place knows what a gem they have. Today I met Sue and she gave me a pedicure. Best one I've EVER received and that says a lot because this was only my 5th. I'm very picky, for various reasons. She was perfect. I'll definitely be back.thank you Sue (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Btw, the salon is gorgeous with a great view of the kc skyline.
