La Gloria Mexican Restaurant, Bridgeton MO

Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Even though I give the food and atmosphere 4/5, the wonderful staff deserves 5+

The fact that we were the only people in the restaurant when we got there should have been a red flag.
Despite being the only table there, they screwed up our orders, the food took forever to get out and it was overcooked and the rice and beans were ice cold. How can you screw up fajitas?
No one enjoyed their meal at the table.
We'll never go back to this place. It was awful.

Doordash- 1st off left out half my order. 2nd less than a handful of chips with a side of guac and a side of queso. 3rdThe chimichanga was pathetic less than half full with only the driest tinyest pebbles of chicken! Nothing else NADA! Tacos finally came on redelivery one filled with the driest steak- it was not edible! The taco burria must have been cooked on the filthiest surface just bitter covered in burnt dust. Oh that guac I mentioned was more onions than anything- I had an avocado and after adding the whole thing it was still more onions than avocado. More like mexicanT food. Y'all should be embarrassed.

My favorite place for authentic Mexican Ice Cream. We enjoy their tortas, their carne asada tacos, and the nice ambient. Great place to visit with the family whole family.

Loved the service and our waitress Lupita was very friendly. I HAD menudo and a carnita taco delicious

I really don't like writing bad reviews. I am hoping maybe there was an issue? Maybe the normal cook was not there.something. I was very disappointed. My daughter's got steak burritos.it was hamburger meat inside them. I'm not exaggerating. It was hamburger. I got steak enchilads. They too were made with hamburger meat. I understand it both beef but if I got to a restaurant and order steak, and they bring me a hamburger patty.get were I am going with this? Everything was room temperature. I order white queso on them which is the only reason I could eat a few bites.
We got ice cream. I ordered cheesecake flavor which I didn't care for. That could have just been me. I threw it away and ordered a different flavor which I did like. We asked for to go boxes just to not be rude. Like I said I really didn't want to write this but I do want them to know how people feel and possibly change some things so that people won't just not come.
Oh and the service was EXCELLENT. He server was an older gentleman. Very sweet!
I really am hoping maybe they just had an off day.

I love this place when I visited Florida the staff may now have spoken that much English but they still made it feel like home as I was a recurring customer with the same order and the kind woman working at 7ish was always working when me and my mom went and she was so kind and she remembered my order after like a week. Much recommended for people visiting.

Such a hidden gem! Tucked up by the bowling alley, they have great food and fantastic service! I can’t recommend it enough. We always dine in and enjoy the music and staff. They really hustle to keep you happy. Enjoy!

I only discovered this place because I seen someone else's ice cream. So when me my daughter visited I tried the exquisite corn it was delicious. It was elote corn in cup. I came the next an ordered two.

I give it 1 because they are twice that boy and they don't improve the tacos, very little meat for what they cost and the tortilla is very hard

This will be my go to Mexican restaurant for now on, the owner was extremely nice. The tacos are absolutely Amazing and Authentic. I loved it
