We had stopped in after a friends referal and so glad we did. The food was amazing and our waitress was quick and nice. Prices are very reasonable and portions are awesome. It was clean and spacious. My torta was delicious and my wifes steak tacos were perfect. If your lookong for authentic than look no further.

Chips and salsa not included in carry out order. They answer their phone only to put you on hold for 10 min. Order online? They will see the order only after you show up. Mediocre food. Terrible attitude staff. Please skip.

This is such an authentic Mexican restaurant. Truly an original this is where ALL of the locals go. Very friendly staff and they do not pressure you to leave, you can stay as long as you want. To get your check all you have to do is go to the front counter and they'll get you totaled up.

Just ate here for the first time today, and the tacos rivaled the tacos I had in Texas and LA. Absolutely delicious and the staff were very friendly. The Al pastor and fish tacos were particularly tasty. Highly recommend.

Great food, clean restaurant. This is a great hidden gem in St. Ann. I have ordered several items from the menu and have not been disappointed once.

Low key local taqueria. Atmosphere is cozy and local. I ordered menudo soup and tinga de pollo. Menudo is only on weekends. Ingredients seems thawed so little bit tough but taste was on the point. Definitely willing to visit again when I get a chance.

The menu was interesting and the shredded marinated chicken was very good. The atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly. My friend really enjoyed her tacos. A friend recommended the place and we were glad we tried it.

This really unassuming place packs a killer, authentic, muy delicioso menu. I've been here twice, and their lunch time taco plate is too good to pass. I highly recommend the chicken, streak, and Al pastor tacos.and the guacamole! Their chips are unique, thicker than "normal" tortilla chips. There's lots of space and tables for whatever your party size is, and even at peak lunch hours they are able to sit and server customers pretty quickly. Do yourself a favor and venture in, you will not be disappointed.

Easily the best tacos in and around St. Louis. Stop fooling yourself with sub par tex-mex. Very authentic, and very friendly place!

Finally got to go here. Great value for money. The chips and salsa were excellent. I haven’t had tortilla chips that good since I lived in Chicago. I had the tinga plate, which was excellent. My friends both had beef fajitas and really liked them. I ate a lot, and still had leftovers. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic food. This is easily one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. My entire party was impressed with how good the food was for the price. We will be back.

It took awhile but I finally got to eat here. Great food in a simple, clean and neat setting. I tried a steak, chicken and fish taco and they were very tasty. I will return for another meal. You should try this place.

Best Mexican food outside of the RGV, TX! Quality food for great prices. Friendly staff. You can get the chorizo at the grocery store next door. Better than anything on Cherokee.

The tortilla chips are the best I've ever had! 100% delicioso! The salsa served with it was delicious, too, and had some heat. The street tacos were ok. I'll be back to try other menu items, but I like the street tacos more at Taqueria Durango and Rosy's Cakes and Pacos Tacos.

Great food. I jst wish all the cooks were great cooks cause sometimes it’s not as good as the time before. But overall, good food.

It seems a bit runned down. The food was ok but not recommended if you want something more up scale. People were nice.
