Making an appointment doesn't mean anything. You still have to wait over an hour to get any kind of response.

My experience at Labcorp was nothing short of a nightmare. I had one simple task - drop off a specimen with a one-hour time limit before it went bad. I arrived at the facility with a generous 20 minutes to spare, thinking it would be a quick and easy process. Little did I know that I was about to step into a world of incompetence and disorganization.

I waited for a torturous 15 minutes before I even got to see a human being. And what did they tell me? They had a whopping total of two people on staff to handle a room full of frustrated patients. If that wasn't bad enough, I witnessed another poor soul who had been patiently waiting for a mind-boggling 90 minutes, despite having a scheduled appointment.

The sheer lack of professionalism and disregard for people's time at Labcorp is astounding. My PTO day was wasted, and my specimen, which had a time-sensitive one-hour limit, was rendered useless because they refused to take it due to being short-staffed. It's nothing short of an utter disgrace that a supposedly reputable medical facility could operate in such a chaotic and inefficient manner.

I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy, and I will never, under any circumstances, recommend this facility to anyone. Labcorp should be a cautionary tale of how not to run a healthcare institution.

Was the 4th person in line when I sat and waited for over 30 min after my appointment. Walked out still the 4th person in line.

Is there a way to give ZERO ratings…how is the owner of this place not looking into this matter…they should just shut down this location and dnt let people go through this misery…dont take appointments if you cant honor it and even if u running late and we all get it pls have the courtesy to come out n let people know…. Staff is so rude and unprofessional wondering how this place is still doors open and nobody has complained to city or something so far…

I wish I would have checked the reviews before coming here. I would give it zero stars if I could. I booked ahead of time for an appointment at 2: 15. It’s now well after 3: 45pm and they still are nowhere near calling my name. They shouldn’t make appointments if they cannot honor it. I am now late returning to work. I’m not sure what their idea of timely manner (says matter) —see picture of the sign attached is but this is ridiculous. I also think they meant sign in on the kiosk but Kaos is a better word as this entire visit is complete chaos.
I would rather pay higher insurance premiums and skip my yearly annual monitoring than deal with Labcorp.

Would you be pleased if you've received the same customer care that you're giving your patients? Just be honest with yourself.
If you aren't happy with your job, please resign but don't make everybody else miserable. I wish that I took your name but I was beside myself and needed to return to work. No professionalism. Yelling while speaking isn't a culture thing but it actually makes you look dump and uneducated. I knew When I read the reviews not to come here but it was the closest from my job and I had to have it done. I Just can't stand people who wants to fit the stereotype of the black women so bad. FIND A BETTER JOB THAT WOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY OR STAY HOME!

DO NOT GO HERE- After being told not to make an appointment to drop off a specimen, I stood in the crowded waiting room with my bag of poop for an hour. Then the female who assisted me wouldn’t accept the specimen because my name wasn’t written on it. She would not let me write it and told me I would have to redo test and come back another day. She did not acknowledge that they placed stickers on the area that the name, date, and time should be written on without instructions in the bag. I made a scene and the supervisor accepted it. Unprofessional and mean- spirited workers. Updated from 6/2022

Do not go here. Even if you show up on time, be prepared to wait several hours. I showed up and the waiting room was full of other patients that had already been there for hours. I was in the waiting room for an hour and didn’t see a single person get called back. A complete waste of time. Take my advice and take your business elsewhere.

L needed to get blood tests and decided to go to the labcorp at richmond heights. Honestly when l read the reviews l was prepared to have a horrible experience (l even packed a snack incase had to wait long) but alas! My experience was nice, smooth and fast! Didn't have an appointment so l just walked in. In less that 5 mins of my arrival they let me in took my blood and l was out in 15mins.the two black ladies that were there were so nice! Despite all the other bad reviews l personally had a good experience.

I have issues every single time I go to this Labcorps location. They take walk-ins but they don’t post their lunch hours on the door, so people often show up between Noon and 1: 30 and the door is locked. Put a note on the door! They never look you in the face, so often you’re not even sure they’re talking to you. I went in today and they didn’t have the bloodwork order from my doctor in the system. It took me 40 mins to get the order for them and then they couldn’t understand it! They had to Google an acronym on the order! I will say the actual blood draw was very quick and painless, thank goodness.

DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously. You will waste your time. I had an appointment for yesterday at 9: 15 and I showed up right on time (would have been early but I had a hard time finding the building/parking due to a lot of parking spots being blocked off).
I arrived soaked from the rain but ready.

The office was closed and locked. No sign, no text, call, or E-mail. Nothing. There must have been at least 10 other people waiting outside. I waited for about 30 minutes and just went to a different location. For the record, the one on Chippewa is a lot better despite the check-in process being whack. The lady on duty was very kind and professional as well.

Let’s see… Reservation at 8: 30.no one shows up to open lab facility and now it’s 9: 30am and no one is here still… what a joke! Never ever coming back.

Just went here for a wellness check through my employer for them to say that they don’t do blood work? I scheduled it through labcorp so this seems weird. Just wasted my morning.

ZERO stars. The door to the office is locked and no one will answer the phone. We can hear people inside talking loudly. We even heard one person inside the office say ‘Someone is knocking on the door. ’ The hours posted on front door say they are open. I’ve been standing outside the office door waiting for 30 minutes to get blood draw. Several people in line with me. A couple people have appointments times. No one has come to check on the line or tell us anything. Finally left. This is no way to run an office. AVOID this location. Highly unprofessional. Go elsewhere!

Went through the app to book an appointment to lower my insurance premium. And that process alone w/ this specific office didn’t go well at all, but this review is more about the service.

My experience at the 1035 Bellevue Ave Ste 314, Richmond Heights, MO 63117 location was horrible. I have never in my life seen anything like this happen in the health field. I’ve received better service at McDonald’s than I did here. The staff neglected and was extremely rude to the patiences. Not only did they ignore patience in the waiting room. They lacked simple professionalism and care. It sickened me to see how snappy and blatantly rude the employees were to the other customers, Elders at that. The treatment of the customers alone immediately prompted me to book an appointment at another location. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. Any breathing human deserves better than what this office provides. So if possible avoid this location at all costs!

Do not go here. Tried twice to get a wellness check here. The first time they were over two hours behind schedule just for the people who had appointments. There were 15 people in the waiting room and half were walk ins so I don’t know how behind they were in terms of all the patients there. One of the check in machines was down so there was a line just to check in. I waited in that line for 15 minutes before I just left because the same person had been checking in the whole time and I didn’t have two hours to wait just for some blood tests.
The second time I attempted to go here, I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment only to find a hand written sign on the door saying the lab was closed due to no staff. They didn’t even let the people who had appointments know they had been cancelled. This was after I left work in the middle of the day and drove all the way there only to have to leave immediately. What a joke. I would never recommend this place. My insurance reduction isn’t even worth the time or effort I’ve put into trying to get work done here.

Long wait time. No receptionist would help the elderly use the Kiosk. So sad. Will go back to Quest Diagnostics (way more professional and friendly).
