I would give a 0 if I could. RUDE! Not one person spoke to me when I walked in. The phlebotomist open the door did not look at me “said let’s go” did not speak to me at all. I hope they got the right orders for the right patient. She had an attitude when having to draw my blood.again did not say a word to me! She got done slapped the tourniquet off. She tried to wrap my arm one handed, the wrap slapped back as I moved my arm up for her to get it around my arm. After it slapped up and blood went everywhere.she said “keep your arm up! ” Now I have a nice bruise where she drew blood because she did not do her job appropriately.
I work for SSM and I will tell everybody, every patient I see, inpatient or outpatient not to go here! These people should not be employed. Ignorant to say the least. People please do not come here for labs.

I was there Friday after Thanksgiving. I arrived there at 11: 50 and the note on the window said closes at 12: 00. A young lady got up and opened the door and was telling me she didn't know why the door was locked. At that moment an employee came from the back barking at me that they were closed! Before I could say a word the employee once again barked at me that they were closed and the young lady was told to close the door. I'll never use that lab for anything! I can see why it has a 2.9 rating.

I had a longer wait than expected but like everywhere else they were short staffed. People have got to be more patient and not blame the people who do show up for work. Danielle and Tiffany you are the best!

Five Star Review for LabCorp

I recently had some lab work done at LabCorp on Veterans Memorial Parkway and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The facility's location and hours of operation are very convenient.

The waiting room is small but they offer the ability to wait in the main lobby, car etc.and they will text when it's your turn. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily, and I didn't have to wait long when I arrived. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very gentle and efficient, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.

I received my test results quickly, and they were easy to access online. I also appreciated that the facility offers a variety of convenient services, such as online appointment scheduling and QR Code check-in at a kiosk.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at LanCorp and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical lab testing.

My name & when I brought to staffs attention my wait, they still slipped by me. So I left. Too busy & not enough staff.

I had lab work orders sent by my cardiologist’s office. I called several times to be assured they had the orders. Never an answer. Never a call back. I went ahead after 8 days of no answer and drove 20 minutes to have my blood drawn and to leave a fecal sample. They took blood but refused the fecal sample saying they didn’t get that order. In following up with the cardiologist, I was told they DID have the order. I was lied to by Labcorp. No one contacted the cardiologist’s office nor did anyone double check the computerized orders. Someone could have serious consequences by ignoring a stool sample analysis. This was unacceptable.

If this lab could receive a negative star review, I would gratefully give it! I have EXTREME anxiety of needles and blood draws, so I was hoping I would receive sympathetic and concerned care from this lab. Alas, nothing could be further from what I experienced.

The ladies here were about as unsympathetic to my anxiety as they could possibly be. I felt like I was a burden to them for even asking to lie down while they took my blood. There was no bedside manner, no calm or assuring words. Just gruffness, unpleasantness, and eye rolls.

While I was writhing on the bed after the draw, attempting not to pass out, the employees went about their business, not concerned or worried about my welfare at all, leaving my poor wife to try and keep me from going into shock.

I will never return!

Maybe an early morning appointment had something to do with it but I was in an out in 5 minutes. The lab staff was very professional and good at their jobs. Check in was a breeze. The waiting room is a little small but if I only have to spend 2 min in there, I really don't care.

I always have a good experience coming her for routine bloodwork. I am always "in and out" quickly and the ladies here are very friendly!

Maps took us to a house, not a labcorp location. Looking at the reviews, this has happened before.

I never do reviews, but I just have to give a five star review solely because of Tiffany who works there. I have to go in pretty often to do routine bloodwork, and she is usually the one to do mine, always with a smile on her face. She has gotten used to my kids and takes time to say hi to them and interact, and it’s truly just such a joy to walk in and see her there.

I always had difficulty with any blood draw except here. The plebotomist are excellent and efficient always.
