9 Poor quality at an expensive price.got a tennis jacket that started having loose threads in the second day.customer service agent online was rude.first denied it despite high resolution image and then he blamed it to "mistreatment"
sent them an email, no response.tried to post a review, it didnt go through.for polos and jackets, go for ralph lauren, hugo boss classic polos, or other mid tier brands.often you dind their products on sale and they have superior quality
Everyone was nice but they would not let me return my husband's shirt because I didn't have his bank card with me. Now I have to hope we can return it next weekend.
This has been a very devastating time in loosing our son CINCERE but this man here Mark the manager at Lacoste made our day much brighter! We was shopping for clothes at the St Louis Galleria Lacoste store which CINCERE loved and it was a very emotional time. We had to order the correct sizes and Mark had them shipped to the store. When we got there Mark had roses and a card for us. In a very emotional time in our lives he, a complete stranger cared enough to show us compassion! I called his boss to let him know what Mark did and he as well made us feel even better! ️ I just want everyone to know that his genuine gesture, smile, and kind words did a grand for us! We will forever remember and value our relationship we have with Mark and Lacoste for going an extra mile to make us smile!
First the customer service is HORRIBLE! Second why is it so hard to do a return ……like seriously they need a better return policy. I don’t like playing with my money
I ordered some sweatpants for my daughter in 2021 and returned them in store because she needed a bigger size. Well the order ended up being cancelled due to the pants being out of stock and my money was never returned back to my zip. I fought for months to get my money back and they never returned it. So I decided to give them another try for Christmas and bought my boyfriend a sweatshirt which also had to be returned but this time I ordered it through PayPal. Well here we are seven days into the new year and Lacoste will not issue me a refund when with the return receipt they are taking over a month to refund my money. Please don’t buy from them, they don’t mind taking your money but they have a problem refunding your money.
Great experience, multiple visits to this store, consistently good service. I bought a few items last fall, got busy, returned one for a size exchange at the same time that I was returning a separate online order. One shirt was available at the store in my size, one had to be ordered everything was smooth and seamless on my end thanks to Diedre.
I love going to LaCoste. They are a little high but I love the brand & there is always something on sale.

Love the brand and styling but was charged twice for $180 over a month ago and still haven’t received a refund. Emails have been sent to the corporate office but guess they don’t have any sense or urgency assisting customers. They have had the email for days and no follow up communication unless I myself call.
