One of my favorite paddleboard launching spots in the entire metro. I really like that it’s sandy instead of concrete! Such a pretty area to paddle too!

I've been enjoying going outdoors. Its close to shore making it easy to get my canoe to the lake. Beautiful views on the lake.

Easy access to the lake, plenty of parking. Jacomo has a horse power limit so the few boats that are on the lake aren't zooming around too fast.

I always loved being with my mom and dad at Lake Jacomo to fish and have picnics together in the 50's and early 60's. I remember my Raytown High School Senior party was there at shelter house three. Most important to me was bringing my daughters and granddaughters out to fish with me through the many years that we all had together at Lake Jacomo.

Been frequenting this lake since I was a kid. Great fishing, peaceful.

Super high price of $25 per day to put a kayak in the water! (non motorized) This was not for a shuttle or even a boat ramp. The exorbanent fee was for permission to launch from the grass shoreline and paddle around this little public lake. I couldnt stomach it so oped out of paddling around here and will never return. On a positive note it is a nice looking quiet little lake. No better than any of the free ones blanketing Missouri.
