I highly recommend Lake West Marine Service Department with no hesitation. We were on vacation on the Lake of the Ozarks during the very busy week following the July 4 holiday 2021. My local service dept in MN incorrectly performed a recall repair resulting in my 2019 Mercury ProXS Outboard to lose 90% oil. Lake West graciously worked us in even though they were very busy (we had called over 20 other Mercury service providers and were told "everyone" is 2-6 weeks out). Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Their technician was able to diagnose the issue within 1 hour. Unfortunately, due to part availability, I had to bring the boat home to MN for repair, but I have no doubt Lake West would have done a better job than my (former) service provider. Lake West provided quite detailed information and advice. I am grateful for this insight as it has helped me move on and find a new service center at home.
We’ve been utilizing Lake West Marine for 8+ years and love their friendly and efficient service. The staff is reliable and very accommodating. We couldn’t be happier and always look forward to getting our boat Winterized/Summerized through them.
