EDIT: it has come to my attention because of the owner's *super* classy response that this review from OVER 4 YEARS ago was suddenly worth a bit of catty commentary. Glad to see you pay such close attention to the feedback your business gets. Also, happy to lower this to the 1 star you have clearly earned. (P. S.different management does not equal different ownership and as I clearly state in the original review, the Branson location played a guiding hand in the horrible experience I had at the Forsyth location. Not to mention, there wasn't a separate listing for the businesses 4ish years ago. Don't let Forsyth call you for backup if negative feedback offends you so much. P. P. S.all negative feedback is not automatically "nasty". Insults (like those in your response) however, are.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Car is fine, everything pretty much works as expected. But all of the fluids needed to be changed within the week it was purchased, and two tires have slow leaks (had to be filled a few days after purchase and every week or so since), plus the second day I had the car when I drove it at night I realized one headlight was loose in it's fitting, and when I went to reattach it the bulb shattered because the compartment was full of water. Also unfortunately didn't notice until I got it home that the electronic key fob that is supposed to flip open and closed has been severely damaged, won't close, and will only fit in the ignition one direction without getting stuck, which also means my remote locks don't work. I'm frustrated I didn't notice the key before purchase but also frustrated it wasn't disclosed since those are easily $500+ to replace. Once I cleaned the interior it was clear that many scratches and cosmetic issues had been covered with a black grease polish to conceal them. Plus it took them 6+ weeks to get me my title, but I took all of this as lessons learned until this morning when I was finally able to take my car to the DMV to get it registered & up to date. The DMV very quickly noticed I had paperwork missing, so they called Lakeside to ask them to fax it. Lakeside stated they didn't know what the DMV was asking for and instructed them to have me drive back to them from the DMV so I could show them in person what I needed. I drove there, only to be told that the DMV location I had come from "has a lot of problems" and I don't actually need the paperwork they're asking for, so I should drive 30 minutes to Lakeside's preferred DMV location to complete my registration instead of 5 minutes back to the one I came from. I needed one signature and a tax form from Lakeside, and it took easily 30 minutes and arguing not only with that location's representative, but his supervisor at the Downtown Branson location to get them to sign one form they had already provided me but failed to sign, and a new copy of that same form with me as the buyer and them as the seller. Once I got back to the DMV and restarted the process there it was found that they had mispelled several addresses on the forms and listed several dates wrong to the extent that their paperwork showed me owning the car before they ever even got it from the previous owner.
In summary, shop here with a good bit of caution.they have some nice automobiles come through, there's no doubt, but it seems they're pretty lacking when it comes to attention to detail and thoroughly professional business practices. I'm glad I have my car, but with the expense of random repairs that were necessary immediately after purchase and the headache of dealing with Lakeside taken into account, I definitely overpaid.

I came in looking for my first car with my boyfriend and David helped us out a lot. He was very patient and did his absolute best to find us a reliable car and get us a good deal. This is definitely a good place to go. The people are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Went there twice looking for a truck both times they were very friendly and not pushy at all. I love the fact that they just gave us the keys to test drive and basically let us decide for ourselves. The financing was so easy it took about 1 hour and they were very fast and friendly. Thanks for the great service we will be going back when we are in need again.
