Very disappointed with the new management. I had a ceiling lake in my living room for over 6 months that resulted in the collection of mold and and a bucket in the middle of my living room. After 6 months they finally fixed it and 4 concession they only offer me a $100 off one month rent. Poor response time for management and if you have other options I would pursue that if I were you.

Do not move here. Everything is always broken, appliances within the apartment and the washer and dryers. Everything takes two months to fix, sometimes longer.

New owners. Everyone is very nice and they are getting things fixed up. Very beautiful and quiet property.
