I just want to say one thing about this facility most of the staff go above and beyond. Yes, we all know that LTC/Skilled nursing/Rehabilitation and hospital are going through similar things with staff. Some employees are professional and others not so much.
These facilities have rules and regulations that management have to follow. Food is controlled by CMS guidelines that means menus are given to the facilities to make sure proper nutrition is given to the residents/patients.
Let’s talk about rights!
If families/ residents aren’t happy with the facility they are currently in, you do have the right to move out of that facility and move into another facility of your choice. Don’t blame the facility for you high expectations, specially when you don’t get that at home.
My Aunt was at Lakeview Post Acute in March 2023. I have nothing but great thing to say about the staff.nursing/therapy/activities/social service and dietary always were engaged with the residents and Family.
I’m seeing so much attack about staff and management.
When my Aunt was there, if you talk openly to the Administrators he was always willing to help and so was the other manager.
This has angered me to see the sabotage and back lashing that families are giving about Lakeview post acute. Florissant has enough issues in this community.
There is one family that keeps posting negative things on the Lakeview post Acute page, along with their own page it’s almost comical to read, if the place is so BAD then get out and make someone else’s life miserable.
Go back to Crystal creek because you mentioned the same thing happened there. You can’t fix stupid!

Lakeview Post Acute stay strong! Some people just aren’t happy with themselves unless they are making others unhappy.
My family knows the hard work you all are putting in on a daily basis. You all are stars in our books.

First, pay attention to the fact that all of the five star reviews are from employees of the facility not patients nor the family of patients.

Second, talk to patients or families before you even consider sending a loved one here. I have two sisters who have been at this facility for extended stays. The ownership and management group that took over on January 1,2023 have taken it down. The food has gone from edible to non-edible. They pay no attention to patient food preferences or quality. They are severely understaffed sometimes only having two people per day for entire weekends.

They have gone from hiring Nurses, CMT, LPN and staff to using almost exclusively agency or temporary staff. There is no one in charge from a management perspective evenings or weekends so patients just don’t get showers, meds or anything else they need.

I would think twice before putting my family member in this facility.

The home-like facility is beautiful, clean and filled with staff who care who range from all departments. The therapy team is amazing and you will not be disappointed in the results you see. There are group activities talking place on a daily basis to help cheer everyone up. Also there are different menu options available to make sure the residents are satisfied with their meals.

A Post Acute Rehab/Skilled nursing facility in a great location in Florissant, MO. An absolutely beautiful facility, with a passionate and caring staff to match!

The facility is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. From the nurses, to the food, to therapy, social services, and housekeeping, they all come together. There are always activities going on. It’s a great place for someone to rehab from a variety of health issues.

Lakeview is the perfect place to recover, mentally, physically, emotionally. We take pride in our care, and we do our best to deliver high quality service. We have reconstructed our staff and most importantly we are looking to serve you along with our community.
