Great restaurant, great service, great everything BUT some dishes were so salty I couldn’t eat them! I ordered a chicken pot pie, which I normally love, but couldn’t eat it due to the over powering amount of salt. Same with the fried potatoes they brought around.

Love love love this place drove all the way from Jackson TN on Easter just to have dinner there

Lamberts is an excellent restaurant for any age. They r always pretty full especially on weekends. If u have to wait for a table it will b well worth the wait. U get lots of food too I always need a to go plate to take home!

Everyone so nice. So much food felt like thanksgiving dinner. I wish I hadn't ate so much earlier in the day.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was very comfortable. The line was really long, but our wait was only 25 minutes! Our waitress was SO friendly. And, of course, THROWED ROLLS.

Kraft Mac n cheese in a place with such rave reviews was a let down. Steak was thin and over cooked. Baked beans tasted like microwaved beans with kc masterpiece BBQ sauce added. Environment was great rolls are great other side were ok. Do not come here if you are a foodie.

nothing special about the steak I usually don’t use sauces on steak unless there’s no flavor and I used a lot here. Rib eye steak was mediocre for the $23 price W/tea ended up paying $29.00. Would I come back? Maybe in the far future. Honestly I could get that same ribeye meal for 1/2 the price anywhere. But, thanks for the experience I have been wanting to come for years since I’m from Texas and saw y’all on TV. I just feel I didn’t get what I paid for ‍️

My first time ever coming to Lamberts and I loved it I visit on my bday.extremely lovely people everyone was great and happy full of life.waitress was so pleasant and sweet ww tipped her 40.00 she was amazing!

My wife loves the southern popcorn, aka fried okra and the chicken fried steak with milk gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, blackeyed peas, macaroni and tomatoes, fried potatoes, home baked rolls that magically fly thru the air.always busy but never to long a wait. And don't forget the sorghum or fresh butter (you have to ask) with apple butter. Now just add sweet tea.

First of all the fried ocra was cold and the blonde waitress was sitting on her butt talking to some customers at a table when all.kf.kur needed to be refilled for over 15 minutes. Then the second round of ocra was very very greaseie and nasty. They were so dead that a employee was throwing rolling at the wall. Where in heck was the manager? I went there on January the 16th 2019 at 7: 30 at night. The restrooms are always overflowing with towel falling out of the trash can and half of the si is don't ever work too

Fantastic decor. And yes, they do actually throw rolls at you. Large servings. You will not leave hungry! Food is great! A must try.

My first trip there and it was Awesome! My family and I came from Jackson and enjoyed the ride up there. The wait was not long at all. The food was delicious. And the service was exceptional. The pass arounds were phenomenal. The okra and fried potatoes melted in my mouth. The rolls were thrown with speed and accuracy and met their mark everytime. 10/10 will go back another time.

One of the MUST eat at places in Missouri. If you want great fun, friendly people and the best food for your money you MUST go to Lambert's.

Food is okay. Environment is nice. Staff is friendly. Great place to go for the first time after that, it's just kinda blah.

I give service 5 plus stars but the food.no.i and my boyfriend got severely sick here. Qe were on our way to new Orleans and we both now have food poisoning.

You know this place worth all 5 stars if you live in chicago and drove 6 hours to get here just to eat and bring back the great hot rolls and immediately drive back home to chicago

Awesome place. Huge. Great food, they walk around with sides and throw free rolls. Classic old time cafe get great food for the price!
