Exceptional experience with Landscape Lighting Guys! Matt and his entire crew take customer service to the next level. Matt truly listened to what we had in mind for design. He gave us so many different options, including ones we didn't know about! Driveway puck lighting!? They have been our absolute favorite! I was nervous about drilling into our driveway but Matt guided me through the entire process. SO HAPPY WE DID THEM! Matt is not a pushy sales person, he genuinely loves his company and is excited to go over all suitable options. When it comes to customer service- top notch! He didn't even bat an eye when I called his crew to come replace a transformer that my lovely dog decided to use as a chew toy. They were there within 48 hours of their busiest season. Or, the time I couldn't figure out why the lights wouldn't work (thought Dog chewed through a line.ptsd.) Nope- a breaker had tripped.insert palm to the face. We have more outdoor projects on the horizon and we will absolutely be calling Matt and his crew back!

Matt and his staff are very reliable, competent, and personable as well. After we received a high recommendation from a neighbor, we hired them to install pathway lights for us. They were prompt and the lights are beautiful. When a different company broke one while putting in a path, Matt sent his staff over immediately to repair it. Couldn't be more impressed. This was our best experience with any company in a long time.

He responded quickly and explained thoroughly options to repair. Corey the primary installer did a great job and explained his work along the way. These guys are the best. We have had such a great experience with them. They took the time to help us figure out what we wanted, and their customer service ever since has been too notch. They just came out twice to replace bulbs at no additional cost. We couldn’t recommend them any higher.

LLG responded quickly to our request for a quote for repairs. Once we accepted their quote, they were able to get to our place in less than a week, completing the job in 1/2 day.

Matt arrived on time and ready with ideas. He listened to me and we discussed what I was trying to achieve. He suggested a layout and we tweaked it from there. It was amazing how quickly it all came together! His expertise truly made it a great plan!

We also took a look at the back yard and I thought we’d only light the fountain and the metal art. Matt described how 5 up lights would transform the backyard. They really do! Two flank the water fountain and the last 3 each a tree: a twisted old magnolia tree, a redbud and a dogwood along with it’s adjacent metal art on the garage wall. At night it is just spectacular!

Matt and the team of holiday lighting specialists did an awesome job with our lighting. We also added spring lights this year to brighten up our house. Very responsive and a company that still values getting it right. Will definitely use them again and again.

I knew I would have a big project for all of our lighting needs. I knew I needed ideas too. I had talked with several companies and we decided to move forward with Landscaping Lighting Guys. I had experience with this company for our holiday lighting as Santa’s Elves. Our Christmas lights are just beautiful and I felt our other lighting would be too.
Matt, the owner was professional, polite, timely, and answered every question we had. He offered several options and designed an absolutely amazing plan that worked on our patio, around our pool, on our driveway, and in both our front and back yards. It was a big job and he nailed it seamlessly.
His crew, Bob, Kory, Matt and Tyler are beyond professional, skilled and accommodating in all ways. These guys are the best. All of our friends and family are blown away with the end result and we are very pleased with Matt and his crew’s excellent service and expertise. We will be doing the yearly maintenance and we know we will be taken care of well.

What an amazing experience with this company. Matt and his crew were very responsive, very clear on the scope of the project and to top it all very cost-effective. We loved the promptness in their work and fair to say our home is now the best looking home in the subdivision with the lights on. We had paid the full invoice amount to Matt and then with our roofing company work Matt noticed that some lights were inadvertently angled differently. He immediately sent his crew to fix this AFTER we had paid him! That is excellent customer service!
