Good Mexican food. Portions are of sufficient size. Free tortilla chips and salsa are tasty. However, their green sauce is not the best I have had in Mexican restaurants. Service and atmosphere are fine. Good for a family meal together. They also have a spacious parking lot.

The restrant was very clean. The service was very polite and quick. The food was kinda bland just fair. The price was very reasonable.

Sadly, there was a hair in our beans. We did get a extra side of beans… That obviously are from the same pot… we first asked our server for a discount, and he said that he already took care of it with the extra side of beans. I told him that I will just have to talk about it with the person at the front. He rushed up there and before I could say anything to the person checking me out. He made sure to tell his side of the story right in front of us, in Spanish. Once I spoke to the man at the front, he agreed to discount the food and he had given a 10% discount…… So disappointing….

Ohhh my.everything was fantastic, service, food, price. The chips are so fresh and crisp, I had the chicken fajitas.great flavor good quantity. I will DEFINITELY revisit!

The service was great, but the food left a lot to be desired. The refried beans were awful. The atmosphere would have been nice if it hadn't been so loud.
Not likely we'll be back.

Serviceable Tex/Mex, large food portions, drinks aren't an arm and a leg. Friendly service, drinks at the bar are cheap. Lots of parking.

Fantastic Mexican place. They have the best chips in the Jeff City area out of all the places I've visited.
Servers are always polite and my orders have always been correct. Lunch is served quick enough you can get it on break during the workday.

Great food and portions are big, waiter was ok but not the friendliest, had to get up and ask for our check and to go boxes, salsa no spice at all, also need to update the online menu prices as they went up.

I've been having a difficult time finding good Mexican in Jeff, but a last minute errand made me have to stop. This is the best Mexican food I've found in Jeff, and it's got great, generous, fresh portions! It's simple, and good.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and plentiful. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and didn't let our cups get empty. The booth seating could be reupholstered with new cushioning. It's pretty worn (no rips or tears, just no cushioning), so it's not the most comfortable seating.

The food was good. The service was exceptionally fast. The atmosphere was very good. Everyone enjoyed there food. It is what we expect from the local Mexican restaurants here in Jefferson City.

Las Trojas is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Jeff City! Food is outstanding, and the service is excellent. It is the only restaurant I have found in the area that has Mole sauce (try it on your enchiladas) which is one of my favorites! They have a very large menu with so many options. You will never run out of chips and salsa, as they are frequently refreshed for your table. They also offer a large variety of margaritas, with the Hawaiian (on the rocks) being my favorite and it is huge at 22 oz! You can choose to dine inside the festive decorated dining room or head outside to the patio on a sunny day! Excellent overall value!

Outstanding.fresh generous portions. Best quac I've had. We have eaten there several times, but did delivery for first time and it was all well packaged and organized. We had a ton of food with leftovers for same price as chain fast food. Love their rice, and all the meats are tender and flavorful.

Everything was PERFECTO. We both had the criminal plate one with pollo one with carne. The criminal had perfect.proportion of meat. The shell was slightly undercooked. Plate came with large portion of rice and beans. The rice quac and other minor acccompaniements were perfect. The beans had amazing flavor but were a little bit runny/too creamy I like a bit more substance.
Service was AMAZING!

Some people understand English some don’t issues understanding the tea was kind of water the food was good Sopillia desert is so good 10/10
