Loving my laser hair removal results! I remember Katie was the one who I first spoke with on the phone to get things set up and she was so friendly! After a session or two, I told my sister about my experience, and now she's a client of Katie's too!

I bought a 3-session laser package advertised on Groupon (but paid them directly). After the first treatment showed absolutely no results, they told me that area usually is harder to get results and I would need to pay more for the more expensive package with a different machine. Was never told this originally or I would not have wasted my time. Seemed like a bait and switch. So I asked to change to a different area that didn't "need" the stronger machine. They agreed, but then only honored 2 additional treatments because I "used" the first treatment. They clearly neglected to properly inform me that they had different machines for different areas (how would I ever know that?) and refused to honor full 3 treatments for the area I ended up with. I've been to many laser hair treatment centers, with great results, and have never run into such problems or dealt with such terrible customer service.

The staff is like family and they do great work. I always have a laugh with Peter. They've never steered me wrong.

First appointment at Laser Me with Katie could not have gone better. She was more than willing to answer any questions that I might have and did a great job making me feel at ease. Looking forward to continuing my treatments with her and excited to see results.

I love Laser Me. I have had wonderful experiences with all the staff. Great results with my Laser treatments. And Virginia is the best with permanent makeup. My eyebrows are perfect actually there beautiful. And I have to mention Peter at the front desk. He's the bomb when it comes to questions and easy payments he knows all the tricks to help you get to your goal. There is always something on sale. My favorite go to for skincare and wellness.
