Laundry Solutions Company, Springfield MO

I bought quite a lot of equipment from this company. I’ve also got quite a few pieces of equipment from other Laundromat equipment distributors, but this is by far the best experience I’ve had with a vendor. Every time I call on the knowledge of their salesman or parts department or repairman, I get prompt, educated, and concise information. I’ve dealt with Nick the owner personally he’s a standup guy with a strong background in business.

Terrible company and terrible contract. No focus on service and customer. Any alternative would be better than signing a contract with this company.

This company harasses tenants of its customers with false claims of hospitality and efficiency in repair and refund issues. Will most likely not use them again.

This is a great company, the customer service is always friendly and they're always professional.
