Pat and the staff are phenomenal Pat is always trying to comfort you and help anyway she can. We have a host of family and friends there and we have plots already there. Thanks Pat

This place is trash! Don’t bury your love ones here! All they care about is money! Their customer service sucks!

If I could I would attach the video of the disrespectful way they handled the casket of someone’s loved one. Here is a couple pictures of it sideways and spun around. Do better Laurel Hill. Very disappointed. (We we’re considering burying a loved one here. Found a very respectful place right down the road with family buried) Valhalla Chapel.

I visited family graves today, and the area was completely overgrown with weeds, to the point that many of the graves are completely obscured. We had to tear away the vegetation on several before finding the right ones. I was appalled at the condition, and made a complaint at the office. The response was that they would trim around the family graves. Much more than that is needed. The cemetery seems to be going downhill rapidly.

When I went to visit my daughters grave marker, the vase was missing, and her birth/death dates were not there. Seems to me the people who care for this cemetery dont care about the dead. Have no respect. If I could I would dig up her grave and move it and have a proper headstone for her. I am very disappointed in this cemetery!

The only reason I’m given one star because you have to! The upkeep of this cemetery is terrible! The grass is never cut! Every time I go to visit my mom and grandmother my husband have to bring his trimmer! To cut around their headstones! I have spoke with Eric several times about this issue! His attitude is so nonchalant! No compassion about the issue! I’m going to keep complaining and reaching out to the BBB Tell tell someone do something about this situation!
Please if you’re reading this do not bury your love ones at this cemetery!

THIS PLACE HAS NO RESPECT! Every time my family visits my grandmother, there’s always some bs. We take her a few flowers and things to pretty up her grave every holiday. And every single time we return to retrieve her decorations (BEFORE THE POSTED DATE FOR PICKUP) they’re always destroyed and scattered about, dirt piles over parts of her marker and flowers, or boards covering the entire grave decorations and all. Enough is enough! Do better! My family plan on moving my grandmother whenever possible. You have no respect and are in dire need of new/better ethics and human f-ing decency, standards, AND staff!

We could tell by the condition of the grounds that someone is taking pride in what they do. The grass around the headstones was neatly trimmed. Everything looked better today as compared to times past.

A groundskeeper even gave us a big wave from the distance. Hope he knows how much families appreciate his hard work.
