LC's Hamburgers Etc reviews
23Great hamburgerstand and a staple of Kc North. This is the origonal location, the new owners took great care in the restoration after the fire.
Best philly steak sandwich to get in Missouri, definitely worth the money. Customer service isn't the strong point here, but they are still decently respectful.
I know this is a hamburger joint but I have been going here almost 40 years and they still have the best fish sandwich over any of the big chains! Love it!
I had a chance to introduce my wife and step-son to LC's. They both love it as much as I always have. This place is an institution to the burger world. Part of me is happy that it stays small and true to its roots but part of me wishes it could become a franchise and give the big name burger franchises a run for their money.
Have always loved LCS burgers but my expierence today at their northmoor location left me not ever wanting to go back.took 30 mins to get 2 burgers and 2 fries.the fries were cold and my wife had a hair in her hamburger.i totally wasted 17.50.
Very cute hole in the wall burger joint. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with side of fries and my husband ordered the 911 burger with side of jalapeno poppers. Everything was delicious. Side note: our burger and side came with a free drink.
Worst experience ever! I have been going to LCs for years and today was enough to make me not want to ever go out of my way again. Don't understand how you can screw up a burger so bad!
Small Town feel, burgers are super heater. Couldn't ask for much more. The staff is wonderful. Especially this kid named Max: very attentive.
My family LOVES eating here. It has VERY limited seating, but trust me the food is worth stopping for!
It's not a big corporation. It's the little guy just trying to make it. So, no corporate bull, and a more true country friendly hospitality that makes ya feel at home! Not being a big corporation also means that prices are reasonable, the vegetables really are fresh every single day, the burgers are fresh meat, not the frozen stuff like some fast food joints.
Very friendly and down to earth. Awesomesauce place to eat!
Yes the hamburgers are good. The spicy chicken sandwich might be the best of any local place in the city.
Took a very long time to get our food. I know this us a greasy spoon kind of place but the bung on the hamburger looked like it too a long soak in a grease bath.
Burger wasn't bad, fries are horrible and small amount. A double cheeseburger combo was almost 11 bucks, way to much for what you get.
I've been going to LC's since before I can remember (seriously, my mom craved their burgers when she was pregnant with me). I love getting a Big Deal or Tenderloin Deal. Their chocolate shakes are great! It's a greasy mess, but I'll always love it!
A childhood favorite. Glad the food has gotten back to as close as original as possible. Will always love Lc's
Tried it for the second time, won't go back. Hamburger burnt to a crisp, fried dill pickles overcooked couldn't even eat them. Too expensive, horrible service.
The burgers were a bit sloppy, they were out of chicken. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful and apologetic.
The best burger place around! I know the owner and he is a wonderful person. Along with a few very kind crew members. I recommend the Peggy burger it's delicious!
If you want a BIG burger or Tenderloin and aren't in a big hurry this is a great place. Not much space to dine in, but plenty of parking.
If you are the kind of guy who would love to eat big burgers and fries with your kids outside sitting on a tailgate, it's pretty great.
For the 7 or 8 people that were in there when I ordered, it shouldn't have taken so long to get just a simple burger and fries. It was about 15 minutes. Total price with tax was $10. Seems way to high for the food quality. I don't recommend this place and probably won't return.
