Not well never want to do repairs.
Bathroom leaks when it rains, water running down inside the furnace

This place is a joke. Owners refuse to repair anything and when you keep asking they start trying to evict people.

Mobile home park. Definitely owned by
"Slum Lord" type. Most rentals in poor shape needing lots of repairs. A few privately owned homes and they are generally in decent condition. If you can afford to live somewhere else I definitely would.
