Lee Nails, Washington MO

I don’t normally leave reviews but I basically wasted $30 for a pedicure. Toes barely painted and dry skin all over that was just left on my feet. Went to pay and the lady asked if everything looks okay and I responded not really. Didn’t ask if they could fix the problem. Then asked me for a tip, like what? The guy even used his gloves on my feet with an older ladies feet. That’s disgusting. This was by far the worst pedicure I have ever gotten.

I like to give credit where credit is due, unfortunately can’t do that here.
When I voiced my thoughts on what the outcome was, versus what I wanted them to be, instead of doing what I asked for. She chose her way instead. The end result she gets my not so good review. Customers should get what they want and ask for after all we work and pay for the service being performed. I’ll be going in the morning to someone who can care enough to do what I want after all I’m paying for it as I did anyway. Paid only for her time. That was it.

It could’ve been a really good experience but the willingness to listen was not there.

I wanted to try a different shape and color I wouldn’t normally go for. This was my first time at Lee nails. I really enjoyed my conversation with Lee. My feet and legs were soooo soft after my pedicure. I have received so many compliments on my nails

I normally don’t leave reviews but I tried to tell the owner that I needed something fixed and she said she wasn’t done then leaving I saw this on my middle and pinkie finger. She also gave me three layers of dip so my nails are very thick. I wouldn’t recommend to be honest.

First off I will say I really tried to work this out between myself and the nail techs first before this review. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews. I went in for dip. I asked for a neutral color. I must of confused the owner and we clearly we’re not on the same page. Clear communication was really difficult. I just wanted a neutral colored dip powder. She took it as I told her something else. My dip was very very thin when I asked if it could be thicker she applied gel and sent me on my way. Not even two hours later the gel started to lift and the thin “dip” was cracking off. I’ve worked really hard to grow my natural nails and they just started breaking. I called and went back in, they used the exact same product and gel and the same thing happened again. They dip your finger in the power and then proceed to drill everything off. I was burned with the drill multiple times and rushed. This was my first and last time and this nail salon. I called after the second attempt i called and asked for a refund. The owner told me no. They don’t do refunds. And it was only 40$ so pretty much deal with it…. It was inferior work and product they don’t stand behind their work. I was blamed for my nails being this way. And that “this is all my fault. It’s what I asked for” (I’ve had dip in my nails for MONTHS and never had this problem before). Bottom line if you want dip. Don’t go here. Go to Regal they do the best dip for the same damn price. I do have pictures but I don’t see that I can attach them with this review. Save yourself and don’t go here.

I've been going to Lee for years. She is very helpful and I always leave with beautiful nails. She is also reasonably priced.
