Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

On a previous visit, I got home and was short 2 pieces out of a 10 piece meal. I went back to tell them of this and someone from the back yelled that I was lying! The manager on duty did replace the 2 pieces and gave me 2 extra for the trouble. My next visit, some weeks later, as I was ordering, I asked the young lady if she could please check the order before packaging it all up. "OK, sure" she said. I watched as my order came up, and true to form, she did not check it. When I asked her about checking it, she simply said "you can check it yourself", and walked away. I asked for the manager to explain the situation. He did check the order, but all he could say to me was "sorry about that, I understand". Really! Seriously! How about talking to that young lady, Sir! Needless to say, I'm done with them.

First time eating food from Lee's in many years. Running a special on 3-piece dark meat with two sides & a biscuit. Our food came out fast and the person taking our order was helpful. Food was great! Already planning a return trip. Order was to-go.

Probably my favorite chicken sandwiches of all time. And the staff is always friendly to me and very professional if something is wrong with my order.

Usually the food is up to par.not so much this time.out of potatoe wedges so they substituted fries, which I only got like 10 of them in a huge bag. The bun on my chicken sandwich was so bad I threw it away.

Too expensive for what you get. Servers were polite and helpful. Food is mediocre. Restaurant is clean.

3 staff members decided to close an hour early and were rude to customers. Online says they close at 11pm. They said they were closing at 10pm to the car in front of me when I pulled up after hearing them argue with the woman in front of me about what kind of chicken they have, I was told at 10: 11 they’re closed when I pulled up to the speaker.

2 Women one yelling from the background of a the drive thru microphone. So I said I’m snitching on you

Honestly, I can't believe I hadn't been here since I was a kid. They're not that far from me and the food here and pricing is great! I have anemia and needed a boost of iron in my diet today, so I got the chicken livers meal. It was the boost I needed. Thank you for a delicious and fast eating experience. Definitely helped my energy, especially on a hot day like today with the heat we've been having. It was exactly what I needed.

Pretty guick service. The counter guy was really busy even cleaning off the tables in between taking orders.

I ordered 5 wings.when I got home I only had 3 whole wings and 2 flats. The guy came to the window holding my food and turned away 3 times talking to someone instead of giving me my food.very unprofessional

Super fast drive thru service! The staff was warm and friendly and really sweet when I asked for an extra ice water. My order was hot and fresh and delicious too! Thanks for doing a great job everyone! Keep up the awesome work! ️

Food was okay could have better but definitely have had worse. They forgot to give me my drink

Lee's chicken is excellent. Had the poppers and a 2 piece meal. They make an excellent pot pie as well.

I’m very upset that I asked for spicy wings and they gave me original instead. The thing that upsets me is no one will answer the phone after someone placed me on hold and then hung up once I asked for the manager. Hopefully they will rectify in the am

Don’t wait your time food has no flavor! Person who works the window was nothing but rude! Also you don’t get your whole meal you paid for!

I just went there and tried to order a gizzard meal and there was nobody in line so I ask can they drop it fresh she tells me it will be a 45 minute wait that is ridiculous and shouldn't take that long for gizzards for a fast food chain so I took my money else where
