Leo's B&T Towing, House Springs MO

We are not customers. We called the company because one of their trucks was tailgating us and others on hwy 30 and we thought we would let the company know. Turns out the driver answered and said that he was the driver and if people would go the speed limit he wouldn’t have to tailgate. We only had a couple car links in front of us and traffic was heavy, no one was able to do the speed limit on hwy 30 in rush hour traffic. That said, he was going to argue that he was right. If i ever need a tow truck it won’t be one of theirs.

Towed my car a very far distance and it was so cheap and they were so nice! Easy and quick, definitely recommend

Triple AAA called this business for a tow. I waited for over two hours on the side of the road for them to come pick me up, in 110 degree heat, directly in the sun. When I called for an update, whoever answered the phone was so incredibly rude to me. He laughed at me and said he didn’t know when they would come, they would get there when they got there. 20 minutes later, they cancelled the tow completely, leaving me stranded for a 2nd time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Too bad there isn’t a zero. Rude. Yells at customers before getting all the information or asking a question.

My car was broken down on the side of the road about 6 minutes away from my house. Called Leo’s and explained the situation and vehicle in EXTREME DETAIL, and they said no problem a truck should be out there shortly since he’s already in the area. Wasted almost 2 hours of my time by finally showing up to where my car was and claiming they couldn’t tow it because of the height of the car. I clearly communicated over the phone exactly what car it was and what they’d be working with when they got there. Waited patiently just to have the tow truck show up, driver did not get out, saw me and the car and then turned around and left. Called them back to figure out what was going on, and was immediately defensive and aggressive over the phone and eventually got hung up on after the person on the phone started raising their voice. Frustrated with the time I wasted and the fact that I was stranded still almost 3 hours later, I proceeded to call Ive’s Towing who I should have used the first place. They made it out to me in less than an hour and had the car unloaded at my house in less than 45 minutes with what looked like the same style of tow truck. This place is a JOKE.

Damaged my car. Would not take responsibility or even look into the matter. Quite defensive and argumentative. Blamed the dealer for the damage. He stated he had 2 or 3 others with the same car that accused him of damaging their vehicles. I don't understand why one would think the dealer damaged, as they sell these cars all the time and deliver them undamaged.

Billy and his team were amazing! I had a bad accident and they definitely helped me feel better! Very nice guys and on time! Thanks again guys!
