The person working at this location who is also the so called manager is very unfriendly and rude every time we go here. I will never do business at a leslies pool supply again. I will take my business somewhere else where the employees treat customers like they should be treated.

This place dose honor any policy that warranty.warranty.do not buy from them. I had. A above ground pool guaranty for life. Did not fix.the slip. In the pool we had to throw it away.beware.
Went in there thursday evening 7/16. Woman with long dark hair (AND NO FACE MASK OF ANY KIND) was working.not very nice, not helpful at all.took her 5 minutes to come from backroom to even greet us! I'll stick with my dealer in Northtown.
Not very helpful Employees. We don’t know very much but would appreciate some guidance, you won’t really find that here. Asked if they had a piece we needed, just got a “no. ” That’s helpful.
Only 1 employee working, a new guy. He was very courteous. Ended up not buying anything but he was helpful.
