Levi’s Outlet Store, Chesterfield MO

My first time ever going into your store and I will never be back. My wife and I we're in there around 5: 30pm on 12/30/23. The lady who came and let us in the store was RUDE. Don't know her name. No name tag. Bigger woman with Blonde hair.

We get in there and not only did she 20 question my wife about a return like she was doing an investigation. She actually Yelled at a child.

Here is what my wife and I experienced. A lady came in with a little boy. The little boy yes I agree should not have been running and touching everything. However your employee YELLED at the kid. YELLED THERE WILL BE NO RUNNING AND NO TOUCHING CLOTHES AND MESSING THINGS UP. Then she smiled acted like she did sonethonh good.

WRONG! FIRST of all she did not give even a CHANCE for that mother to even correct that kid before your employee jumped on him. Now of that kid was family to her then ok I can see that, but they were foreign your employee was not so NOT family. Your employee had NO RIGHT to YELL and Parent that kid. That is the Parent's job. Not your employees. Your employee should have went up to the mom and talked to her and have the mom parent the kid. Your employee thought she was Hot Stuff by doing that. Then she was still boasting about it and being rude to others.

So, that's right there and becauss of your rude employee I WON'T be back. Word of mouth is powerful and yes I am Blasting this on FB as well. Please do better.

Absolute worst customer service nightmare. They made people wait outside despite the store looking very empty, maybe to create a false sense of popularity for the store, who knows? Once you get inside, every employee is like a Karen. Telling people off and super snobby. Dressing room is closed and based on the other comments, seems like it’s always closed for no reason. Have never been treated worse at a store, ever.

This place is an introverts worst nightmare. The second you walk in several employees walk right up to you and ask what your looking for. Then they follow you around the store staring at you. Like I get you want to make a sale and your supposed to be helpful, but you have to have a sense of boundaries.

Would like to talk to corporate about these employees there losing a sales because there making wait outside and not letting them use dressing rooms I’m sure they would care if they new there losing sales because of so called policies

Waited like an hour in line, seemed like there were only employees inside and kept the customers waiting. Store says 20 person maximum but spotted just 5 people through the window

The fact they won't open up their dressing rooms when the TINY store has 3 or 4 employees standing around at all times doing nothing is ridiculous. They suggested on more than one occasion I go to the food court bathroom to try them on, and return what doesn't work. No thank you. They regularly close the store for no reason at all at prime mid day times. It's like they don't want people to come back

Still have a limit on occupants and how many items you can take in the fitting room (when they are open). Damn, when they are good, they are good. I always appreciate how nice and helpful the staff is. Just wish there weren't so many restrictions.

Closed randomly for an hour on a Sunday from 2: 30-3: 30. When we finally went in, we were told fitting rooms were closed and when we tried to try on a shirt over our clothes an associate stated that we’d need to purchase the item and go “try it on in the outlet bathrooms” to try it on and they weren’t going to allow that. Spend your money somewhere else.

Walked in at 5: 52 on a Thursday and lady rudely goes “We code in 6 minutes. ” I said “Oh, I didn’t realize I’m sorry. I’m just looking for one thing and I’ll be out of your hair. ” Still rude, she responds “Well grab what you need and get in line. ”

I went on a Thursday afternoon. There were only two other customers in the store. I returned some jeans that I had ordered online which took about 30 seconds. The sales person was very helpful and I was able to find some jeans that fit. Good experience!

Don't bother. They refuse to open the dressing rooms due to "staffing concerns". It's been over a year, maybe it's management concerns. Who buys jeans without trying them on? Especially from a factory outlet store? I've spent a lot of money at this location, but will never bother coming back.

Terrible experience at the store few minutes ago. The sellers were rude and probably a bit racist.

Fitting rooms still closed. Was informed it's due to staffing, but by reviews online it appears to have been an issue for a year now. Regardless I'd rather buy online and return through post than drive all the way back to return what doesn't fit.

Store is otherwise clean and seemingly well stocked. Brick and mortar clothing stores just need operational fitting rooms.

Very unpleasant experience! I was going to the Outlet just for Levi’s, and the sales woman was extremely rude! As we came in, the first question she asked was whether we “actually want to buy or just throw an eye”… then she explained to us that fitting room are unavailable (which I could somehow understand), and suggesting to buy, try it somewhere else (bathrooms, home, other shops) and bring it back if it doesn’t fit. As we were discussing this option, she came back again to tell us that the shop closes in an hour, so this option was apparently not an good one anymore… obviously she is not interested in selling, maybe she should just look for another job.
