Worst facility ever! I wouldn’t put my dog in there. They’ve been through 7 or more administrators in less than 1 1/2 years. That should tell you something. The stench is something that stays on you after you leave the place.

I go to visit my family member, and they’re still in bed at 2: 00 in the afternoon, not fed, not dressed. I’m shocked this place is still open. The owner is too cheap to hire more CNAs, and pay them what they’re worth.
Don’t walk, RUN from this place.

Went to drop off my mother soon as I walked into the lobby overpowering stench of piss not fresh piss old piss. You could tell the carpets haven't been shampooed for months the floors were sticky. Saw somebody falling out of their wheelchair asking please help me please get me out of here. Very sad conditions. I would not leave my dog in this dump.needs to be inspected by the state.
If you love your family do not take them to this home. Trying to figure out where to report them at.

Not sure how they are scoring 3.3 stars. My mom is still residing at this facility. Will be one year in November. She went in walking, but can no longer walk now. She has been a fall risk, so they don't allow P. T. She has dementia and doesn't always follow directions well. Another reason to stop P. T. So, if you're loved one needs physical therapy, don't expect it. Most of the folks just lay in a bed or sit in a wheelchair day in and day out. No one engages with them. There is not enough staff to cover everything and the residents there are apparently getting the best the staff can provide.which is really scary. It's not adequate care. They don't seem to work as a team. Aides are overtasked with no help from others much. Not sure how they stay open with little or no help. Meetings with administrators and staff don't change the care. Always excuses or reasons for lesser care. Don't recognize compassion in staff. Really sad and uncaring facility. Rooms are not cleaned well. Residents lay or sit in their own mess for hours. Food sucks per residents. State has been to investigate facility twice that I'm aware of.and still no resolution. I am currently still on a waiting list at other facilities. Hoping for better change soon. Not sure that's possible though.seems this is the same story at other facilities. Better plan well for your future elderly years.
