4 Having to tow my car three times in the last week wasn't fun at all. The first time I hired Lewis Towing they were reliable, timely, and professional. Had a great experience considering the circumstances, and I appreciate the way they handled my car.
The second time I called for a tow, I waiting almost 3 hours. Guess they were just too busy. Would have appreciated being told they could not make it though, as this would have saved me three hours. Ended up calling another company.
Can't be 5 stars every time.
