Lexington City Hall

Lexington planning and zoning was very difficult to deal with, my mom and I were in the middle of a real-estate transaction after my dad had been fighting cancer. During this transaction the buyer had questions about the property/ zoning codes so they reached out to the city. David and the staff gave false information to the potential buyers. He was rude, inconsiderate. This made the deal fall through while my dad was on hospice. He since now has passed. We couldn't get ahold of anyone. Communication didn't exist! This was a very hard time in are lives. We did find a new buyer. We did move on. I just don't understand why the city would lie, lack of interest and knowledge in the matter. The code was clear on paper. But we keep getting false information. So long story short. I'll never own another property in Lexington. Water department was always friendly. Other than no, run away.
