Absolutely amazing staff and experience! Insuring a car or house is extremely stressful. Doing both at the same time and for the first time is crazy, but that's what I did. Leading into this I was nervous and questioned my decisions because of all the steps I had to go through, especially with insurance. But the employees of this office, specifically, one of their representatives, Lauren, and Liam himself changed my entire experience around. I first called in distress with endless questions. Lauren was patient and kind from the start and answered every question or scenario I had in detail, and Liam was the same when I met with him in person. They would follow up with multiple quotes to give me the best coverage for the best price. You can tell they care about their customers. I was probably a headache to deal with because of the endless questions I had trying to understand the process and coverage, but their patience and willingness to help me and not sell to me, spoke volumes. Instead of feeling nervous and hesitant, I'm excited and confident in my decision, thanks to this office. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! They will not disappoint.
