First impression, I had a wonderful experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful and time management and communication was great. I came in with strep like symptoms. Test came back negative. So Dr. Martinez offered a Covid test. Was satisfied until after leaving I realized she had left me to go home without any professional advice on how to treat my symptoms including headache, sore throat, and chills. Not even home remedies or recommended medications to take. Left just to wait on test results and fend for myself. A little upset because the reason we all come is to get professional help.

Awful place. Rude don't care for the people they see. No help whatsoever. Never been or had a more despicable experience. Save yourselves some time and trouble and seek help somewhere else. It's a shame that our healthcare system and providers have been reduced to places like this.

Staff was super friendly, however they did not submit my prescription to my pharmacy. I found out after going to the pharmacy TWICE and then having to call this Urgent Care to find out what is going on. Turns out they never submitted my prescription. When you have the flu the last thing you want to do is leave your home more than you have to. Hopefully this was a one time ordeal.

Took my daughters in for flu like symptoms today. Check in was fast and easy. We didn't have to wait long before we were called back. Dr. Moretina sent scripts over to the pharmacy before we left the exam room. Everyone was very pleasant from the time we walked in. I will definitely use Liberty Hospital Urgent Care again!

Wonderful experience I have had at Urgent Care. From the second I filed a work comp injury staff have made sure I was taken care of quickly, made sure to answer all of my questions and overall, just treat me like family. Liz is very good at her job and made sure I had everything I needed and I was all set with orders before I even got back to campus. Dr. Shaffer listened to me, understood where I was concerned, my needs, and helped make a game plan that meets my physical, emotional and work needs. Such a stellar crew over there and I cannot thank you all enough for all that they have done for me. I know you guys work so hard and care so much for each and every person that walks through those doors and it shows. So again, thank you for everything.

Very impressed with my experience. Everyone with flu symptoms was asked to immediately mask themselves. The staff was professional and friendly, the wait was appropriate for a busy day after Christmas and the providers were attentive. I felt totally miserable and probably a little cranky; they handled the swab and resulting diagnosis very well. Absolutely my go to Urgent Care.

Laine was great! She may have diagnosed me with the Flu but I was in and out and able to go home and rest. Highly recommend this urgent care! My doctor Jake was also super kind!

Don't let them fool you. Your ACTUAL minimum for a visit on self pay is $210, not the $150 that was told to me both in person and over the phone. The 25% discount is true, but it's on the $210 not the $150, but you only get that 25% if you pay for everything up front immediately.

Add on a mildly condescending NP, and I see no reason to ever come here.

I went in with what I believe to be a sinus infection and an ear infection. The nurse was very polite and I really liked her. When the doctor came in she assumed I had the flu. They tested me for strep and flu but both came back negative. The doctor said this was probably due to the fact that it was a newer virus in my body. Instead of trying to find out what I really had. The staff here was not very helpful and talked down to me and my father who is a paremedic. I do not reccomend this place to anyone.

Saw NP Barton. He did a great job. Staff was friendly from the front door all the way through the visit. Definitely recommend.

Was having flu-like symptoms and couldn't get in to see my PCP so came over to the urgent care. I got right in and saw one of the nurse practitioners, she was courteous and professional, answered all my questions. Super happy with my care that day!

I went into Urgent Care yesterday around 11: 00 a.m. With sinus, cough, and ears feeling full. The NP that saw me said my ears looked good and my lungs were clear. I told her that I had been feeling bad for five days, and that I go into pneumonia very quickly. They did a strep and flu test both of which were negative. The only thing they did was tell me to take ibuprofen and get rest. Since this was a Sunday, the next morning I immediately contacted my primary dr and was able to get in with him. He indicated that my lungs sounded crackling, and my ear on one side had fluid, and the other had an infection in it. My nasal passages were clearly infected. By the time I left the dr. I had a shot, an antibiotic, an inhaler and a cough suppressant. I will never go to this urgent care again. I am notifying my insurance carrier of the visit also. I feel they did nothing for me, except collect my money, and within a 12 hour period was diagnosed properly by my regular physician.

I have been to Liberty Hospital Urgent Care a handful of times and have had nothing but a great experience. I have seen Dr. Roodhouse who was helpful and friendly. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Liberty Hospital!

Giving this review 5 stars so that people actually read it and understand that it should be 2 to 3 stars.
Go here if you want to get lectured on antibiotics. The RN here is a miserable person.
I clearly had a sinus infection while out of town on business.
She diagnosed me without even looking at me. Her bedside manner is rude and condescending.

I was lectured for at least 20 minutes by the RN and DOCTOR on the ills and over use of antibiotics. Doctor R finally did the right thing and gave me antibiotics.the RN even told me first line of defense for a sinus infection was to give me penicillin based antibiotics even though I told them that I was allergic to penicillins!
I wanted a Z pack which was swiftly denied

I took the prescribed antibiotics and felt better in 36 hours along with nasal spray
The staff there needs to know that sometimes people need antibiotics and that people know their own bodies and what works best for them. If they would open their ears a little more and be more understanding it would be greatly helpful.
Thank you Dr. R
Caveat Emptor!

My wife was the first one there this morning. But, somehow she was the third to be called. They said the system bumped her out. Well, seems to me like it would be simple enough to remember who was the first to show up.

Took our son who was complaining of a sore throat, sounded raspy and clearly had redness in his throat there. He was exposed to strep and we wanted a test done. The nurse practitioner wrote it off to allergies because there was no fever over 101.2 days later, his fever spikes to 102 and took him back. The same nurse practitioner was rude, unwelcoming and said he had hand foot mouth. He had it as an infant and cant get it again.hmmm.also said his throat was red, an ear was inflamed but we should give him a popsicle and not be so stressed. She talked down to my wife and I can tell you she was the most unprofessional and unsympathetic person I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. It astounds me the lack of care in the healthcare of this place.
Pathetic!

Would highly recommend Dr Ochs at Liberty Urgent care, he actually cares if his patients are treated. If I could rate -5 I would.
