Liberty License Office/DMV

They took $3400 from my account, didn’t provide the tag service and wants to look at me like it “isn’t a big deal just file dispute with your bank “. How about you give me back my money? What kind of scam is this place? Never use debit card, bring cash only and make those derelict’s count the cash.

Waited an hour & 30 minutes. My clerk "Lisa" seemed unhappy and appeared ready to leave for the day, it was almost 5pm I can understand. She did not speak to me except for "sign right here". I was not given a pen to sign with, so I dug in my purse to find my own. After arriving home I noticed 3 mistakes on my Duplicate Motor Vehicle Title Receipt. I should of taken the time to look closer at the information but there were alot of people waiting and I just trusted that she did everything correctly, so I signed the paper. I am now gonna have to drive back and wait patiently to have the corrections made. Not a great experience at the Liberty DMV today.

Stephanie was amazing and kind to me on my two visits in the same day. I didn’t have a document and was moved to tears after waiting a long time. She was calm and gentle and very nice. She understood my frustration and let me know I could check in online so my wait wouldn’t be so long when I returned. I was glad when she called my name on my second visit. I was double charged and now have to go through my bank to get the extra charge removed. They literally told me the e title that was sent from the bank lien holder was not enough even though they had just given me a year grace period to get the title because i moved from another state. Not a good experience.

Stephanie helped me out today! I’ve had to go to 4 different DMV’s to get my motorcycle license because the waits were too long and they wouldn’t accept my completion MSF course card. She was very sweet and made sure I had all of my documents in order to get a MO license with my motorcycle endorsement on it. This really was a good start to my week because I will be getting my first motorcycle in the next two weeks and needed to get my motorcycle endorsement done soon! Thank you Stephanie you were a big help! It was very quick too, I wasn’t there longer than I thought I would’ve been!

Stephanie provided a good customer experience. With all the years that I have gone to the DMV, I can say that she was one of the few that greeted me with a smile. In addition, she was very patient and worked with me in achieving my goal to get my new license. An example, would be communicating through the plexiglass. The person next to me was loud, and it was hard for me to hear. She understood the situation and repeated herself numerous times while keeping a positive attitude.

Very good DMV. They help everyone as best as they can and they get people in and out as fast as possible.
