Liberty RV

My daughter has been looking for a trailer for the past 3 months. We have stopped by Liberty RV 3 different times. Every time we were there, Shawn and Bruce answered all of our questions and never made us feel pressured. She finally decided to buy from Liberty for few reasons: 1. Quality of product and service. 2. Price was very competitive if not the best. 3. How relaxed the process was and the friendliness of the entire Liberty RV staff.

Liberty RV did a great job servicing our new trailer this morning. We didn't buy it at Liberty RV but they are a authorized dealer for Forest River. It was easy to get a timely appointment and get our issue resolved quickly. The work was covered under warranty, too. Brian in the service department was quick and thorough. Everybody that we interacted with at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Best place for a camper hands down! The staff is amazing! We had ordered a camper back in June and we were supposed to have it before we went on our honeymoon by the end of October. We were beyond super excited to get it. As we got closer to October things just didn’t work out as well as we had wanted. Kyle was great and kept in contact with us about how long it would take and what was going on. Sadly the one we ordered wasn’t what we ended up getting because of our time crunch. We actually got one that suited us much better! We couldn’t be more happy with how everything went even when it didn’t go the way we wanted. Thank you Kyle and Liberty RV you’ve been amazing.

Bought our first camper with Kyle. He is very knowledgeable and won’t sell you anything you don’t need. He worked hard to get us the camper we were looking and it is every thing we hoped for and more.

We have been looking for a camper for a bit and had been to a few dealerships. Liberty rv was our last stop and let me tell you, it should have been our first. Our salesman Kyle greeted us and from there on we never once felt like we were with a salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the campers and listened to what we wanted and more so about what we needed. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. If we ever buy again, we will definitely be back. Would recommend checking them out!

I hate "The Game". You know, that stupid back-and-forth about pricing when it comes to buying a vehicle. I don't have to haggle the price of my groceries or anything else with a price tag so why are vehicles different? And why do people WANT to do that? The perception that they got a "deal".

It seems that RVs are different though. The sale price is always below the sticker. Strange I know. I got a GREAT deal and didn't have to argue about pricing.

I decided to go to Liberty RV since I was in the market for a new trailer. I walked around to look and a salesman named Kyle came out to help. Definitely not your typical salesperson - no pressure, no games and straightforward, honest advice. Didn't even ask for my contact info to harass me until I bought something.

I left without a new trailer; the one I actually was interested in was sold just before I got there so I had to regroup. I went home and did some more research online.

The next day I went back and bought a trailer from Kyle after looking at more trailers online and taking his expertise into consideration. I even spent more than originally planned in order to buy a quality and long-lasting RV.

This is the place to go and Kyle is your guy if you are wanting to get a new or used trailer.

Although Liberty RV did not have what we were looking for (they don't sell motorhomes) Kyle Walker (salesman) had excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to our needs and gave great advice on what questions to ask and what to look for in our search for the perfect motorhome to fit our needs. He has a wealth of knowledge. He even encouraged us to call him if we needed further advice. He is a man of integrity. I would recommend Liberty RV to anyone looking for a RV.

When I bought my artic wolf 2019 they assured me I would be getting a fridge door because mine was new but full of dents on the outside. Never got it. The artic wolf the wiring was all not tightened all super loose we're there supposed to be tightened and furnace messed up because of it. Then of course right after warranty was up both AC units quit and they aren't the kind that can't be serviced whole unit has to be replaced witch is almost 2,000 dollars each one basically there AC units are disposable a factor I wish I'd of known so buyers beware
Revised review Liberty RV They did get ahold of me and absolutely wanted to make things right which I absolutely appreciated They helped me get all my issues with my fithwheel taken care of and that says a lot about there business So if you are looking for a RV I'd definitely let them be one of the places you go too and definitely get the extended warranty it's very important.
They have a wonderful selection of RVs to choose from and I will go back to them if I buy another RV.

Liberty RV was recommended to us to take our RV in for repairs that another major RV company failed to do them correctly or at all. We were so impressed. They were honest, quick, fair and friendly. We are now lifetime customers! Thank you.

100% would recommend buying an RV from Liberty RV. Kyle was our salesman and was phenomenal. He was very responsive to messages and made the experience fun. Shawn in financing was awesome and made the paper process quick and painless. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless! We won’t go anywhere else!

From the moment we walked onto the lot & didn’t get bum rushed by sales we knew we were going to have a great experience. After being able to take our time looking, we started to the office. Kyle greeted us and simply asked a few questions about what we might be looking for. The rest of the process was so easy! They definitely treat you like family. No hard pressure sales tactics, no overselling of add ons or useless gear. Just a simple, straight forward process from start to finish. Once we decided on a rig we were greeted by Shawn in finance who had everything ready to make the purchase process easy. Again no pushiness or nonsense in finalizing our purchase. We had a great service tech walk us thru the new unit piece by piece & everyone double checked to make sure we knew what we were doing before leaving. Great doing business with you Liberty RV. Security- not great.
At check in I received a map of site locations with codes for the men and women’s bathroom. Does not feel secure if they’re on printed pieces of paper handed out. When I asked how often they are changed, the staff member did not know. The woman’s bathroom has a number keypad and three numbers were missing, so lock was unusable. When I asked the security guard, they said, well, I’m sure it is on order. When I described the security lock, the security guard said he had actually never been to the bathroom area. That is disconcerting.security protocols should be discussed at this campsite. While I have 24 hour security guards if you don’t even have locks for the bathrooms?

First class operation from start to finish. Bruce our salesman was fantastic helping my wife order our RV. Great communication and phenomenal expert knowledge that lasted past financing.

My husband and I had decided to purchase a travel trailer after selling our slide in camper over a year ago. We found one at Liberty RV but continue to look at other places. We ended up coming back to Liberty RV. We appreciated being able to look at our will, with no pressure. We loved the friendly helpful staff. Kyle was a great, patient and answered all our questions.

We started this RV adventure looking for a 5th wheel in late April and looked at several different ones online before we started going to dealers. Liberty RV was our first stop and after visiting several others we came back to Liberty RV and purchased a 2020 Arctic Wolf from Kyle. The purchase was very pleasant Kyle was great to work with the gentleman who went over the rv with us when we picked it up was very informative and helpful. All in all it was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Thank you Kyle and all of the Liberty RV staff.

While staying at a Charm RV in Hamilton, Missouri, I noticed half of my hitch, for the trailer was missing. I asked the proprietor Jerry who he recommended. He said go to Liberty RV in liberty, Missouri of course! I called and explain my problem, and Tony said they had the parts which was an actual hitch that I needed.we drove into the RV lot at 8: 09 AM on Friday morning and we were leaving at 8: 50 AM that same morning. Brian’ did an excellent job quickly installing the hitch and we were on our way! We’ve never seen such service where we live out in Oregon. I would recommend Liberty RV to anyone needing any kind of service or even an RV

Tony in parts is Very Helpful and Great to work with. The Service department knew what wheel seal I needed just by how many lugs my hubs are. BIG Help.
