Becca, is awesome. I received a letter for back taxes I was unaware of. I tried to use another service and they took all my information then never called/returned my calls or texts. Becca filed an ammended return for me and kept me up to date in the process. Highly recommend.

I think they are the best company to go to for my taxes I've been going to them for quite a few years they explain things to you so you understand what's going on I just think they're an all-around good choice if you want to have your taxes done and done correctly. And Becca is the best at what she does.

Customer service was horrible. I had a few questions before getting off the phone and wasn't even allowed to finish a sentence. She laughed at my concern with another employee while I was still on the phone. I cancelled the appointment. Disappointing.
