I had to do an amendment for 2021 and Sean was really helpful in getting everything straightened out and even helped me get the money I was owed for my child tax credit. I been coming here for years and you should come here also! You won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed in the service I received at Liberty Tax Service. I made an appointment and still had to wait over 30 minutes to see someone regarding my taxes. I was unable to get my taxes completed at my 1st appointment so had to make a second appointment at which time I was unable to get my documents because they weren't printed and ready to go so I had to return a 3rd time to get my documents, which no one ever called me to tell me they were ready. I had to call them. They prep fee was higher than the CPA i used last year for the samr amount of doc. Very disappointed with the service I received and the cost will not be returning to Liberty Tax unprofessional and disorganized

Don't take your taxes to liberty Raytown Rd Joann would listen to me when told her that I had sold my house and yes you have to list that in your gains and loss Joann refused to do that and charged me 345 so now I have to have my taxes amended by a different tax place she is incompetent do not go to liberty on Raytown rd

This was my first time filing in person, honestly would not do it again. It’s not worth the hassle or the fees. Doing this myself would’ve saved me the frustration. Gennie was nice and helpful. Just wish I was listened to the first time in order to avoid the delay. I filed with Liberty Tax on the 31st originally and now here we are on Feb 2nd with things still not done. I reached out early this morning and didn’t hear back until this evening after 3pm. If I would’ve know this stressful delay would happen, I Would not have filed with Liberty Tax at all. You live and you learn. This was a one time ordeal. Won’t be coming back.

Love that Gennie is back at this location filing taxes was a breeze this year even with my 5 year old running around the store acting silly
