I had a bad experience, I bought a Caldwell Turret Shooting Rest from this store and it never arrived. I sent him several emails, the first two he answered, then I sent him several asking about the merchandise, he never responded again. He kept the merchandise and did not return the money either. I have evidence of the jestiones made. This is called misleading ads. It is a business that does not meet the people who buy in it. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The staff and environment is awesome. They are more than willing to try finding what you need and at a reasonable price, so you don't have to spend forever searching online to find what you need. Their online ordering and delivery is insanely fast. I ordered a firearm to have transferred to KCMO and it took less than a week, including a weekend and holiday, for it to arrive. In comparison, I have been waiting over 12 days for PSA to just ship a scope. I will gladly continue doing business with Liberty Tree Guns.

I have bought several guns from these folks and they are great! Even when an item went out of stock that I tried to buy, they immediately held it and called me when it came back in stock a few months later! Truly a great company with great customer care. They will continue to get my business.

My buddy bought an owl call at bass pro. It sounded like a sick duck. I bought the hootin stick from Liberty tree and it sounds exactly like an owl. I called one up to my house tonight during the full moon. Great business and great products!

Customer service has declined over time. They seem like they have forgot about the customer. Trade in prices are low & gun prices are high

To me they are very over priced on. There used guns. I did t even look at new cost. Could use a few more people working there had to wait about 10 minutes just to see. If they had a ammo round I was looking for. There web site says they have things in stocks but when you get there to look at it they will tell you it's in there warehouse and they can't go get it at this moment wasted trip. Call before you go. For sure

Went in to sell a nice, nickel receiver, O/U 12 gauge, about 15 years old but in good condition. Was going to trade it in on a revolver for my wife. Was offered about half of what I paid for the gun. Grabbed my gun and started out the door. As I was on my way out they offered to knock $30 off the price of the &800+ revolver I’d looked at. Insulting treatment, and I won’t be back.

They were able to fix my shotgun but I bought from Atwoods I wouldn't recommend buying them from Atwoods escort shotguns

Very disappointed with their store and website. Had heard good things, so I gave them a try when shopping recently. Called in to see if they had what I wanted. The automated message says check inventory online, so I do. It says in stock. Race over there before they close, just to find out that in stock also means they can order it, NOT THAT IT IS IN STOCK! Thanks for wasting my time and a trip. Not what I call quality customer service.
