I don't think this place is working in legal aspect and the manager here does nothing but pick certain people out and attacks them Nicole dutcher please stop with the foolishness and leave people alone since we are never late on rent nothing but you continue to put the spot light on us and we feel very uncomfortable with your presence

This is not a very welcome place to live at all. The property manager is very unpleasant and only does things to benefit herself and treats the tenants like absolute trash. I would not recommend living here at all.

This property is not worth your time. I went in one day and filled out paperwork to purchase a home. I went back the very next day to turn in paperwork they had requested from me and to turn in my $30.00 money order they require. When I got to the office they told me the home I was trying to buy was sold to someone else. When I wanted my $30.00 back Nikki told me she had already ran my credit without my paperwork or money order and could not have my money back. RIPOFF CON ARTISTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The ladies in the office are nice and helpful. They work with you to get the right answer.

I was very misinformed about living here. Nikki, the landlord is a very nice woman but I am very displeased with this mobile home park. I signed a lease for my brand new mobile home in august. It is now the end of October and I’m still not living there. I’m actually leaving this park due to it being infested with roaches. Most of the homes have them and they aren’t going away. My neighbors have told me the park has been infested for months. I was not told about this prior to signing my lease. I’d suggest not moving here unless you like living with roaches!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! A lot of the homes are infested with roaches! Even the new ones! Very misleading.

Under new management and things are getting much better! Lots of new homes available! Lots of good changes still to come! I recommend at least checking it out! A few of my good friends live here happily!

New ownership, new homes, and new streets - this park is a beautiful community with an excellent location.
