I went to Dr. Licata for a routine cleaning. Her staff is so friendly and they made me feel comfortable immediately. My checkup was very thorough and Dr. Licata went over my x-rays with me to make sure I understood them. My cleaning was painless! I highly recommend Licata Dental.

Dr Licata & her Staff are Awesome. Got new Crown & didn't feel a thing. Always Great service, with a smile. Office very friendly! She's been taking care of me, my family & friends for more than 25 years! Her referrals for other dental work have been excellent.

Dr. Likata is absolutely the nicest dentist I’ve ever met in my life! She is so thorough and sweet and always ask about my family! I have never had a dentist spend time with me on my first appointment and say that she wants to get to know my mouth and examine each tooth so carefully! She even performed my cleaning for me herself the first time!

The whole office is clean well-organized and well- run! The staff are all professional, friendly and they work well with the new customer experience. My eight year old daughter had a lot of cavities and it could’ve been a very Trumatic experience for her. Here they worked really well with us and set up multiple visits that put her at ease and help her get through the process! She had had no cavities since, As she feels much more inspired to care for her? Teethe! I definitely recommend this practice!

New patients please be aware that they might be out of network and they would never let you know that. That means if they decide to charge you $4000 for treating just one tooth and your insurance just pays $350 dollars, the patient is responsible for the rest of it. They never tell you they are in network but the tricky part is that they also never tell you they are out of network! Even after checking your insurance card. They get your signature at the beginning to cover themselves. If they were in network with my insurance, I would have paid one third of what they charged me fir right now. I had to pay a lot for just trusting their office.

I can't sing Dr. Faye and her teams' praises enough! Everyone is so kind and makes the entire dentist experience a breeze. They do a wonderful job of explaining what they're doing and why all while making your comfort a priority.

I have been coming here for years and recommend them as often as I can.

I wish I could give them zero star. Horrible experience. After spending a lot of money, I had to find another dentist to fix my tooth. This office is just all about drama. She is not honest and this is a money making business for her. They asked for payment and my daughter emailed them her credit card information and even a picture of her credit card. 2 days after receiving the email, they sent our bill to a collection agency. We are following this up with our attorney. I don't recommend this dental practice at all.

I've been going to Dr. Licata for over 30 years and have always found her to be a caring and very competent dental provider. She has helped me navigate several dental issues with detailed explanations and thoughtful consultation, clearly outlining my options. She is very attentive to the comfort of her patients and the dental work is excellent.

The dental assistant there repeatedly made negative comments about my appearance. At one point even went as far as to call me, and I quote “one of those people” to the front desk person right in front of me because I turned down the complimentary toothpaste due to a legitimate allergy to fluoride. The dentist herself would never let me get a word in and talk over me. Still have issues with some of the work that was done. Overall a very unpleasant experience every time I went.

My experience involved a dental emergency: the veneer on my front tooth fell off, causing no pain but leaving an unsightly mess. Dr. Licata worked me into her schedule in a matter of hours, at the beginning of a holiday weekend no less! She gave me all of the care and attention usually associated with a regular appointment. As I left her office with my problem solved, I felt both impressed by — and appreciative of — her very professional treatment. I also felt relieved and happy to be whole once again!

I have been a patient of Dr. Licata's for probably 26-27 years? I have had all sorts of dental problems/challenges and she has helped worked through them all with me! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Licata is the best! Professional, kind and caring. Her staff is great too and the practice is always equipped with the top of the line, latest technology. It's a bit of drive for me, but totally worth it.

Dr Licata and her staff are serious and detailed about work. We moved to MO from NH so needed a new dentist. I was looking for a dentist near our apartment with a good reputation and one who kept current with the latest dental medical technologies. After selecting Dr Licata we interviewed her and toured her facility.
After almost two years of quarterly dental care we both can say that we are very pleased with Dr Licata and her team.

Dr Licata has been my dentist for over 30 years, and I have trusted her with my dental care completely! Over the years I have needed multiple procedures including cavity filling, crown work, teeth whitening, and even a snore guard! Of course the twice yearly checkups including cleaning have helped me stay on top of my dental health. If a root canal was indicated, or other more intricate procedures I was referred promptly to a specialist for care. I think so highly of her and her office that I have referred multiple people to her over these 30+ years. I know she will offer you the same very professional care that I have enjoyed all these years!

Dr. Licata has been my dentist since I moved to Missouri in 1991. I've lived in South St. Louis city, Defiance, and St. Charles county but I have never switched my dentist because Dr. Licata and her team are AMAZING. If you are an anxious dental patient and/or fear the dentist, then fear no more and make an appointment with Dr. Licata. Always friendly, patient, provides clear explanations and welcomes questions/concerns. The best dentist. Period.

Dr. Licata and her entire team is the perfect example of when professionalism is met with genuine customer care. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and skillful while always taking the time catch up on how things have been since the last time you were seen, even remembering the details. If you aren’t using their services, I highly recommend that you do!

Always an excellent experience! I drive about 40 miles for my appointments twice a year and each visit is as enjoyable as a dental visit gets! Dr. Licata is always very professional and at the same time very congenial. She thanks me every visit for driving the distance. She explains everything very well and Her and her staff are always up to speed with cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism. I am comfortable with all and recommend to anyone looking for dental care.

I love the fact that I not only get excellent dental care, but this office is very aware of the value of my time. Appointments start and end on time.
