Nice clean very friendly environment! Visited a friend on many occasions and was able to take her out to go shopping or home for the day!

I spent the first week here with my mother, Donna Mathis. All the staff was amazing. Yes a couple late dinners but with so many patients it's understandable. Kind nurses & aids. House keeping so sweet. I ask a lot of questions & I never felt like I was bothering anyone. Thank you all for your dedicated service to my mother. Thank you, Donnetta Plunkett, Daughter

Applied here, got a job, did the testings and everything, orientation for 3 days, all to never be called or contacted again. Like what the heck. Guess I'll go back to fast food.

Horrible! The staff is lazy especially Tom or Tim, whatever his name is. He walked right out in front of my moving vehicle like he was trying to commit suicide. I’m surprised he is even employed because he’s not the brightest crayon in the box.
The nurses are never on the same page with treatments and someone stole my Mothers blanket. She never got it back after it was taken to the laundry to be washed. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Get it together.

I am very upset with the doctor that is on staff here for hospice care. My cousin died on September 13 and he has not signed her death certificate and the crematory will not cremate her until he does so today is October 9 and her body is still in the morgue waiting. Our family is completely devastated. The Director called me this morning October 10 apologizing setting that the Hospice doctor would be contacted to sign the papers today and that she would contact me. I just cannot believe a physician could be so careless and not sign the death certificate, and let family wait for a month. It is against the law for the crematory to cremate a patient without having a death certificate. This is why she’s been laying in the morgue for a month. This truly has been a nightmare, and nobody should ever have to go through this. Her three children are completely devastated right now.

Care was overall very good. Nice room and facilities. Very difficult to reach anyone for issues with home set ups after we left. 3 weeks and still waiting for PT set up via social services Nurses were accessible 24/7 if mom had issues or I had questions which was great. I could get in before or after hrs if mom needed me which was great

Do not go there. $80.00 worth of pants missing after two days. No one knows anything. Four days in medicine gets stopped up in feeding tube. Sent to hospital. After it was found lying on the floor on day three. So far the cost of going there is raising. Most of the staff is rude. And appears to hate their jobs or life iam not sure. Praying for an opening somewhere eles.

My mother has been here for years she has been neglected and manipulated they served her with broken glasses and dirty plates and fries and spoons she has sores cause they neglected her this place is awful and should be closed down

I'm horrified by the lack of care at this place. My mother in law has back pain that a nurse noticed upon entering her room and seeing her hunched over. When the doctor was notified, he decided to double her pain medication without even talking or seeing her. She asked the nurse if she could please speak to the doctor directly and was told there's no reason for that because she had already written everything in a note. When my MIL spoke to the head nurse, the head nurse told her she has no back pain at all. And also told her that she won't be getting more pain medication. My MIL does not WANT more pain medication. She also doesn't deserve to be told if she's in pain or not. The staff here is condescending and lazy. For a doctor to not even bother to see his patients, but instead pump them up with pain meds is negligent to say the least. Possibly criminally so. My MIL and every other patient in this place deserves to be treated with dignity and respect and have their issues taken seriously. At the very least they deserve to see their doctor in person and not have that be an odd request. She needs an x-ray, not to be pumped with meds. The food is also an issue, as another reviewer posted. It is delivered absolutely cold. Inedible. How can this be happening to our loved ones? P. S. - The physical therapy wing is a completely separate department and is actually good. My MIL was there first and it was like night and day. I believe the good reviews are for that department because the living facility is not like that at all.

My Mother has been a patient here 3 times now. She's been kept comfortable, nursing staff, especially Crystal, Meagan and Ashley have been amazing! The therapy staff are the best in the business getting her back on her feet and back home!

Awesome place. Justin with Social Services takes care of any of your concerns or needs. My husband is well taken care of. Highly recommend
