I have a small apartment & Life Storage is across the train tracks for me (under 5 minute walk or drive). This storage unit is indoors, clean & accessible for me to get to &/or store things. Affordable.

Hershel was very easy to work with. Walked me through the facility and showed me the storage unit before I made my decision. Easy rental process as well.

Great facility—
Cleanliness: clean and indoors (no dust, dirt, bugs, etc) ; temperature-controlled and they forbid people from storing items that are food/have food residue.
Price: reasonable considering other options in the same business
Accessibility: no stairs, rolling carts are provided (useful if you rent a unit farther from the front door)
Security: you have to buy the unique keys/locks if you’re a first-time customer (and then you keep them forever), units are enclosed in corrugated metal walls and doors with what seems to be a wire mesh ceiling, there is a passcode for the facility loading door which is unique to your account—pretty secure if your main goal is to have short term storage between moving.
Staff: didn’t really interact with them outside of the checkout process, but they seemed really nice and friendly at this location.

The only annoying thing is that customers are required to buy the lock (s) and keys; can’t seem to rent them like the storage units themselves. I guess it’s fine if you plan on using their services again or using another service that has the same model of lock/key. Overall, would recommend and would use again.

It was very easy to arrange a storage unit for college summer storage. The manager, Sherri, was very easy and helpful to work with and made the process seamless. Five girls split a 5’ x10’ foot unit and the cost for each was very reasonable. The access to the storage is convenient and the warehouse is well lit and clean.

Ms. Sharon, I believe that's her name was kind, courteous and very helpful. She made my transition very smooth in an overwhelming situation. She was very pleasant to work with.

I can't complain. Been with them for about 5 years. Always clean. Always safe. Not always a cart available when I need it. Hence the 4 stars. But good in every other sense. Try them out. You will be happy. No Doubt.
