Travel trailer stolen within days of parking there. Staff completely denied any access to video.
Have called and visited office for 3 days consecutively. Staff adamantly refuses any contact with management. Paperwork filled out incorrectly, responding officer says, "looks like an inside job".

Excellent people to work with. I drove three days and was very tired. So I didn’t want any issues when I pulled up to unload my trailer, AND I DIDNT! They had all the codes, locks and space for me to quickly unload and be on my way. Thank you! Easy access to the storage area too.

I made an online reservation for a unit and went into the location to fill out my paperwork. Michelle went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered and that the transaction was quick and painless.

UPDATE: I recently closed my storage account and vacated my unit, and the experience was exactly the same as it was when I signed up. It was a rapid process and the facility manager on duty was friendly and efficient.

Made my move here on one of the hottest days of the year, I was exhausted and the girl in the office was more than happy to accommodate my water needs and also whatever would be needed for the day to get through the move and heat, would highly recommend

I reached out to several storage unit businesses around town, looking for a storage solution for my construction business. Andria was able to assist me and get me exactly what I was looking for as they have sizes most other storage places do not offer. This location is perfect for a St Louis business as it is on hwy 44 and right next to hwy 270. I’m glad I found this location and will continue to do business with them for years to come.
