Lighthouse Dental of Washington

Wish I could give zero stars. Do not trust their cost of care plans or the amount that they bill your insurance. They could not confirm the amounts they billed to insurance or if they had even billed to both insurances. Then office personnel left and they couldn’t remember any billing details. They were incredibly unhelpful, would not return calls for weeks, were completely fake and cared about money over care. But we still paid thousands despite them paying $6.80 to mail a letter to say they were no longer working with my family which was unnecessary because we had already moved on months ago. I’m a proud member of this community and all of my other ratings are 5 stars. I try to not speak negatively about anyone even sometimes when earned. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. It felt very sneaky and underhanded.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I left trusting their advise and pleased with the care I received. Definitely a great first visit experience!

I haven't been in to have any cavities taken care of in many years. I was terrified to go back and have one taken care of. It was a very good experience. I no pain during or after. They were kind, professional and it didn't take any time at all. I'm grateful for such a wonderful experience and won't have nearly as much anxiety about going the next time. They have made going to the dentist so much easier. I will be way less anxious the next time for sure.

My experience was similar to others I felt like I was being funneled in like cattle and before I knew it I was outside with a bill. On top of this the actual dentist I saw for no more then 2 minutes said they couldn't help me. I immediately went to a dentist closer to the city who has been personable and was able to fix my issues with no issues and I didn't need nearly as much work as lighthouse claimed. On top of all this the new dentist had to redo all the x-rays (which they did for free) because of how bad the ones from lighthouse were and they couldn't make an accurate diagnosis with them.

Dr Zyk is an outstanding dentist with a staff who will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend them to help you with all your dentist needs.
This morning I went in with a chipped front tooth and Dr Zyk fixed it like new. You can’t even see I had a chip out.

I just called as a new patient. The person said the first available was two months out. Which means they are busy. The individual who I spoke with really did not seem to care about me or having a new patient only their schedule. I will look elsewhere.

Nicole is the best. She is very knowledgeable and caring with my "high risk teeth". And Dr Zyk is wonderful, caring for my teeth for decades. Great place. S

I just went in for a quick routine teeth cleaning. I knew of spots on my teeth that had carried stain no matter who cleaned my teeth and I could feel her spending more time on those spots! Those spots are gone and I am truly grateful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Everyone at Lighthouse is pleasant and professional and punctual. The technicians are gentle, and we all know how important that is! Dr. Zyk is friendly and connected with her patients. I always recommend Lighthouse Dental when anyone asks for a new dentist. You will not be disappointed with your choice. Thanks to all!
