Lily Health Spa, St Charles MO

After having a baby 2 months ago, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage. This was exactly what we needed to finally relax and have some much needed tension worked on. This was one of the best massages we have ever received. Valerie was amazing! We can’t wait to book our next one!

Easy to make an appointment there. I got there about half hour early and they got me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. Kathy was my massage therapist and was great! Valerie helped me at the front desk and was very helpful to making sure I had a good first experience at the spa. I will definitely be back!

I took my husband for his birthday and he said it was the best massage he has ever gotten.

I can NOT say enough about my experience! I have not had a lot of massages, but the 10 or so I’ve had (all in different settings) could never compare to mine today at Lily’s! I didn’t want to leave!

Hot stone was good! But the women walking on my back was walking as if she was in a Beach! She need to learn how to walk gently or stop walking! My Spine hurts since 4days. Not coming back again.

Highly recommend this spa for a full body massage. My wife and I get 60 - 90 minute couple massages. Absolutely amazing and helps your body feel better. We have tried several in the area but love the price and quality here the best.

Couple message was amazing. My husband did not want it to end. Staff was nice and friendly.

I went with no expectations from previous locations and was out done with service. The massage was great and a real massage at that. When you gave a location to work on when doing the evaluation, it was actually worked on intensely, and I still got the full massage as well as a whole hour.

It was worth every penny. Will be returning.

The place is very welcoming, massages are good, especially the back walking. If you need a deep deep tissue massage, get the back walking because the hand massages just aren't enough. Other than that nice place, sweet staff. Beautiful establishment!

I had a wonderful time at this spa, my husband and I got the couple massage with the back walking and hot stones. I have never felt more relaxed. The staff was very friendly and professional. Whenever I come back from California to visit again, I'll be sure to visit this spa again.

Best massage place in STL area. I was able to schedule my wife and I for couples massage on Sunday. Clean set-up, waiting area…and great deep massage with hot stones.

I’ve been a couple times and I like the back walking they give but I just had a bit so great experience this time. There was hardly any pressure (yes I asked for more) or technique used. Really wasn’t a good massage. I don’t expect too much from places like these, but the massage has to at least be decent.
