2I will be changing banks, everytime I come inside the tellers are rude and act annoyed that I came in. I never do anything more than a simple deposit or withdrawal inside. Nothing ever too complicated. I can never get ahold of them on the phone, it always takes 3 or 4 tries to get to talk to someone, and when I do get to, I've been hung up on, multiple times. My card locks randomly at times and when I call to ask to get it fixed, it takes almost an hour to figure out why they locked it in the first place, which 9/10 it is for an unnecessary reason. I will never recommend anyone to this bank, ever.
Loan guy mike is ignorant. You discuss business and he’s on his phone. You call he don’t pick up you call front desk people and ask if he’s busy they say no I’ll transfer you to him and still don’t answer. This banks a Joke.
