Wow! If you give this place 5 stars you must live there! Terrible service and terrible greens. We had a reservation scheduled and when we got there we were told to wait for a cart when one becomes available. One became available and we were told that a group who didn’t have a tee time was going in front of us. She said and I quote “they spend a lot of money here. ” Terrible and rude service. Wish it was possible to give a 0 but I guess I will stick with a 1 star. Don’t waste your time and money on this garbage.

I reserved a tee time 48 hours prior to our scheduled time and when I arrived with a group of 4 was told it would be a 45 minute wait until carts would be available. After waiting over 30 minutes carts finally became available and a group without a reservation we’re given the available carts. When we asked why we weren’t given the carts the cashier told us “they spend a lot of money here they have priority” several other groups had to cancel their reservations too. We demanded a refund and left. This course does not care about your reservations and will give it away to their regulars with no regard for your money or time

Horrible service wasn’t allowed a cart after waiting 30 mins after my tee time. Don’t come here ever, not worth it.

Put in a maintenance request for dryer fix two weeks now and still haven't seen any maintenance to fix my dryer been up there at least three times to ask about it and all they tell me is they will get to it when they get to it priority of importance. I'd say getting your clothes washed is pretty important.links is a joke. Don't live here.

Someone was watering the green and the water tank on the golf course was out and it was hard to find hole number 3 on the golf course was not signed very good and the guy was wearing headphones also

They lost my guarantor‘s information, took out my $300 deposit, and continued to tell me I was going to get a apartment. UNTIL two weeks before my move in date they told me they didn’t have my guarantor‘s information and put me back on the bottom of the waitlist. I now have no place to live.
Terrible front desk workers, they blamed it on newbies in training, but the same people have been there since May when I toured the place.

DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE.

I moved in April 22 and HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. The first major issues I had was my downstairs neighbors. They were harassing me, calling the security guy and they egged my car because I was " too loud". I was a single female, no animals and I also worked in another county that was over an hour away so I was hardly ever home. I slept there maybe three times a week TOPS. Management did NOTHING about it. Even with cameras they did nothing. Maintenance came into my room without me knowing and left trash in it. Management again did nothing. I moved out June 22 due to getting a new job so I bought out my lease early. They told me I had 30 days to pay the remainder of my balance. I have been calling for the past week to try and get it paid and they kicked me out of the portal and they sent me to collections before the 30 days was up. DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. THEY ARE SHADY AND THEY ARE LIARS

And to all the good reviews, I can bet they are workers or were bribed because no one that I know that has lived there has had a good experience.

Just finished my lease at the end of July. By far the best place I’ve stayed so far around the Columbia area. The staff were quick to answer any questions or handle any issues there may have been. Maintenance is always very quick to respond, luckily when you put a request in you can allow them to enter or not while you’re away from home. The gym didn’t have all the same equipment I’d like, but it’s still a good size so I can’t complain! I’d still be there if I didn’t have to move for my new job.

The Pro Shop manager is terrible, he won’t attend the Wednesday night scrambles because he lied to all the members and still won’t come clean. Super lazy, would be best to hire someone that knows management skills.

Absolutely terrible experience. Not only are the staff rude and inconsiderate, they are also harassing. They came into my house on multiple occasions without making me aware. I was blamed for things that I had nothing to do with and also lied to directly by management. As a tenant this has by far been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER recommend this terrible place to anybody.

0 stars if possible. I've been on the waitlist since March for a furnished executive apt in July. First of all, the staff over the phone sound rude, and do not care about their customers perception of their attitudes. Secondly, each week I called to check on the waitlist, they say residents have 2week notice, they never guarantee you anything, even though they said I was the only one on the waitlist that early. Third, I kept calling each week to check because they don't care to update you via email, portal, phone, etc. Up until the week before I was due to fly out, they said the resident did not notify them so they assume they don't have a place for me. How is that when they first promised a 2-week notice? They're terrible and inconsiderate to others' needs. If I didn't give up on them early enough to find other options, I'd be visiting Columbia homeless. Now, I am calling to get my deposit back, they ask me to email them a request! LOL they're quick to process YOUR money but not theirs. Never again will I recommend or even consider them a proper business. No thanks.

Stay far away from this place. I have been told by the rude and inattentive staff that my monthly rent is three vastly different amounts and have been charged late fees on rent amounts not stated in my lease. On top of that, I have had any property left outside (mainly my truck) keyed or broken into while locked on the apartment “property” (I struggle to call it that). The only reason anyone should live here is if it is a final option. The mobile home park down the road is much nicer and a much better option than the inattentive extortionists at “The Links”.

My daughter, who is 19, worked her tail off over the last several months to obtain her own apartment. She is a full time student at Mizzou, she works a full time job as an assistant manager plus she works part time at a farm in Columbia to board her horse. She paid ALL of the required deposits and filled out an application to have an apartment at this place. They told her she could get her keys June 5th. We put her things in storage and waited for the big day to move her in. She was told yesterday that THEY DON’T GUARANTEE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE even though she had paid almost $1,000 for deposits. Now she is back to square one and has to find something else. Shame on you! You shattered her plans. If this is the kind of business you run then you should NOT be in business! She would have been a great tenant and went above and beyond to be an asset. Do not rent from these people!

Wouldn't even give this place one star!
The WORST manager I have ever came across! Tanya the manager doesn't let you know they are taking your staircase when you live on the second floor no email no nothing that alone is extremely disrespectful. We couldn't leave our apartment to go to work because she didn't let anyone know! Again WORST manager EVER! Her name is TANYA

Have a guy downstairs who is honestley the worst. I had to deliver a package for him and he legit called the police. The management has no balls.

Id give them -1 star if I could.
I lost my job due to budget cuts and client pullouts, I informed management that I may be late with rent, and I asked if there was some sort of payment plan or arrangement I can get on, short answer was No. And she told me to go find a charity to help me pay rent and that the most she can do is extend to the 9th before giving me an eviction notice.
Also when I first moved in, nothing was cleaned, they even forgot that I was moving in.
Also, I was $1 short of rent one month, and they charged me a total of $11, for a $1 late fee.
So they want your money, but don't want to assist or help in anyway that doesn't benefit them.
