I love Little Caesars as a job and a friendly experience for the crew.

I don't like the Pizza, Italian Cheese Bread, or Price on stuff that isn't Pepperoni.

Yet what should you expect from Hot n' Ready pizza that's 20 minutes old in a hot box.

It gets better when you ask for them to customize it yet the customs cost way too much in comparison to the way better taste from Domino's, PizzaHut, Papa Murphy's and many other pizza stores.

Since I worked at a Little Caesars for 2 years I know how to make the Pizza myself at home and so I don't go to stores myself any more I bake my own at home.

Called several times before arriving to order a pizza and never got an answer. (I was calling instead of doing it online because it was close to closing time.) I told the young gentleman that I had tried to call but the only response I received was rude and that I must have the wrong number. Nope. I had the correct number. Only reason why I am giving 1 star is because they did get my pizza to me in 7 minutes.

I place my order over the phone and it was ready when I got there pretty awesome service. However customer service wasn't 100% he needs a great people with.

Always good, fresh pizza at affordable prices. The wait for a new pizza is never too long, and well worth it. Counter guy was helpful and friendly. Nice assortment of sauces.

They qere super fast with my order. How do you make pizza in 5 minutes? Idk but these guys figured it out

When in a hurry and need to eat right away this is the place to go fast and ready and fresh just about cheapest way to go when you want it fast and for only 5.00 you can't beat the prices.

Got wrong pizza than was told topping was and young man was very rude wasn't happy at all with visit

No issues with venue or purchase speed. Staff was able to provide quick delivery of food. Building was well kept but lot could use better upkeep.

Food was burnt didn't look very good he's taking it back to Little Caesars to make them fix it right it was bad everything burnt hopefully they'll make it right this time last chance

The pizza looked like it sat in the oven too long. The guy with the pony tail said it would take 30 minutes to cook another one? I said fine cook another one because this is old. Then when leaving the pony tail guy wouldn't get us cheese or peppers. "Because they ran out" If you don't like your job go home!
Will not return to this one again.

My rating is actually ZERO.stars! Asked for fresh bestpep at this location tonite, the guy at the counter didnt act like he wanted to, I guess because they had some in the warmer. But we wanted it fresh. Was going to go to the South National location because they always make it fresh for my Family, when we said that, was was going to leave, he then said he would do it. He didnt. I know when we weren't looking he had to have pulled it out of the warmer because it was NOT.hot at all, barely lukewarm, looked like it had been sitting in warmer for awhile and half of the crust was over cooked and burnt, almost black. My Family will NEVER go to this location again! I would rather drive clear across Springfield to the South National location and get good honest fresh pizza.then to go this one, near our house and be lied to and served burnt, lukewarm pizza that didnt even look good. I should have opened the box before we left and watched him while we waited. Dont go here!

This store holds a special place in my heart and stomach because of a best friend that air dropped in pizza when I was too broke for a five dollar special.

The food has always been great, though we always order fresh. Employees seem to either be on top of it or clueless. Two of the people who seem to work only the register usually seem to be lost and confused. Not stoned, just perpetually confused: ditzy. Great food though, for $20 you can walk out like a king. Their pizza is good leftover, unlike Domino's. Always get fresh crazy bread.

I live just around the corner from here. It's so nice to be able to walk here, grab pizza and whatever else, and walk home. No overpriced pizza, no dumb delivery fee.

Cheap pizza, love the crispy crust you always get. They are really greasy, but can't complain too much for the price you pay.

Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is prompt to provide service to their customers, with a smile. Prices are reasonable and fair, especially on the specials. My family and I enjoy their service.

Probably one of the worst places to get a pizza. These places have a tendency of using no sanitary gloves in preparation of the pizzas and even hair nets. On this particular day ordered a pizza from there and found a hair in the pizza. In this situation all they do is offer a replacement Pizza nothing to compensate for the inconvenience or the fact that you have someone else's hair in your mouth. I advise anybody that finds this issue to get together in a class action lawsuit because this is a very common issue with all of Little Caesar Corporation. It's time that people get together and get compensated for health and safety violations that is not imposed by Corporation. I don't get it, other restaurants require hair nets along with sanitary gloves. But not with Little Caesars.
