Little Caesars Pizza reviews
20I usaly have a bad experience when I co.e to this little Caesars pizza not because of the food but the staff. But I have to say the staff this time was very pleasant.
The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star instead of 5 is because we sat there for 25 mins for just one hot and ready when we were told none were ready at the moment. Even tho we watched countless customers come in and order the same thing! *sighs* And we only ordered one pizza! It’s still a great place to get pizza at value price and the staff always has an awesome attitude whatever the case may be!
The line was extremely long seemed as if they were understaffed. I waited 16 minutes for a $2 order. The employee who checked me out wasn't rude but was far from friendly
Live around the corner from this location. The kids that make the pizzas work their butts off to give us all hot fresh food. Cashiers are always polite and helpful.
When I got there after ordering my pizza ahead of time, they still didn't have it ready. Was told, by the manager, that she didn't know how to make it. Then had to wait longer after they made the wrong pizza for me. But the manager did accommodate my wait with some extra food, so I appreciated that.
The service was horrible the sales person wasn't nice and unprofessional not help customers with their orders when the pizza stated that it was ready but not in the warmer. The employee were just rude and playing in the back while several customers was waiting for their food I will not return back to that store.
It's all right at Little Caesars here but pizza's Pizza unless you're at Domino's just saying
Very good place we’re good employees they’re hard working if something wrong they’ll fix it real good experience
They frequently get behind and stop taking new orders (in person or online). Otherwise good.
I ordered online and was missing an item when asked if it would be added back to my card the employee said I don't know and walked away. Still haven't figured out how to let them know
I'm usually a fan of little Caesars on the whole, but this location has friendly people, great service, and a great pizza smell!
I placed an order for carryout and my order is wrong and have been calling several times nobody is answering the phone.
I love this place, great vibes, great service, great pizza. Keep up the good work Little Ceasers
Save yourself! Go to the Kingshighway location. This place is so chaotic and mismanaged. I will never come back.
4 people standing around nothing is hot or ready
Basically told they couldn’t help me get a pizza on a Tuesday night at 2030
Seriously no one cared
By far the worst service I have ever seen of any restaurant in my entire life. I placed a pick-up order online the order said it was ready at the counter for pick-up. There was a large line and none of the staff were assisting customers. Also while waiting in line a child dropped a $5 bill on the floor and an employee stole the money from a six year old child. The father was obviously livid if you could imagine and demanded that the $5 be returned but the employee refused. During this time most of the staff yelled "we are going outside to smoke" and they all left the building. The counter was left with no one at it. Customers were demanding assistance to the point they began serving themselves since none of the employees were present and when they were, they weren't doing their job. This is not even half of what I witnessed in the 30 minutes of waiting for this pick-up order. I read everyone else's review for this location and it seems like you guys had similar experiences. If I were to make a suggestion if you guys had a similar experience visit Little Caesars website and write a corporate review for this location. I work in the restaurant industry and corporate reviews go directly to management and the franchise owners. If you read my review I'd honestly avoid this location.
I think this is the only one on the Southside and they get slammed with lots of business and mean customers. Y'all are trying. But the lead guy shouldn't sag his skinny jeans. Yeah. It's a casual place, but it's still a place of business. Have pride in that.
Love little Caesars Pizza
To bad they don't have one close where I live because Pizza is great and you can get one very fast if you in the hurry
Thank you looking forward to come visit again
My family and I enjoyed our Detroit pizza! My husband complained that the edges were burnt but I thought it was fine. The pepperoni was spicy and delicious with great flavor. I loved the thick dough and the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. I'll get this again!
The young man at the counter who helped me with my order was very pleasant and respectful. I enjoyed my experience!
Unless I order on line there is always a long wait. Dont see the employees wash their hands and you hear them cussing in the middle of their conversations in the back. Not very professional.
