Liz Nails Spa and Salon ($7 OFF Combo Services), St Charles MO

I got my nails done for vacation, just after four days they broke. I went again with the expectation i would not have to pay again, but i was charged again! Twice in under 4-5 days. I wanted a specific color and they did not have it so i had to pick another color. The first time i paid and tipped more that 25% and the next time I was charged $15 for basically shaping and painting the broken nails again without fixing them. Not only that but my skin/cuticles have been peeled and I bled with pain. I wanted simple almond nails with a basic color that costed me twice as much and they still look horrible. They do not give clarity of the services and prices and charge you last minute. I am never going there again, horrible service. Very disappointed.

I love this salon. The staff are amazing. I’ve known the owner for over 30 years. I moved away and recently decided it was worth the drive to get a clean, friendly nail experience every time. I would highly recommend Liz Nails!

The terrible finish, the edges of all the nails poorly finished
The lady who did my hands was doing very well but then a client came and rushed to finish me off and I noticed it, then when another man was doing my pedicure I was looking at the one who did my fingernails with the client who She was waiting and I saw that he gave her a good tip that's why she rushed to finish me badly, but the man didn't paint my feet well either and he didn't do the pedicure well either all the edges were poorly painted and with poorly finished cuticles.

Walked in for a pedicure and stayed for manicure as well. Tammy was very friendly and has great attention to detail! My nails look great!

Took myself, sister and niece to get our nails and feet done…Snow did my niece nails and Tess did my sister nails and Kristina did my feet AMAZING JOB LADIES!

We had the best experience at Liz! My wife and myself had pedicures done. Even when they were almost close they didn't rush took their time did a amazing job. After moving for 4 days felt heavenly. We finally found our place will keep coming back. Thank you all for everything!

Got my nails done a fall color really pretty didn't catch the guys name that did them but he did great was gentle. Love them definitely going back

Bridal party and I came to Liz Nails to get our nails done for my wedding and the service couldn't have been better! They glammed up our nails and made them look fabulous! 100% recommend!

I really love the decor of this establishment. Tess was absolutely awesome. I not only loved her service but her conversation was great. She added to my life and my day. Lee did a wonderful job massaging my feet and cutting my nails down the way I like it

Went in not even a week ago for a full set, asked for clear pink coffin nails and came out with nails that were each a different shape and size (not coffin at all) and were cut way too short for my liking because the man doing them cut them before I could even say yes or no. I paid $55 for these plain clear pink short nails for them to fall off NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER. I take care of my nails when I get them done and usually they last me at least 2-3 weeks. I’m was already unhappy with my service but I’m kind so I just went with it but then falling off not even a week later was the final straw. I’m so upset that I spent my hard earned money to treat myself when I rarely get to do anything like this and it was such a waste. Do not recommend! Spend your money elsewhere.

Today Thursday November 2,2023 I went into Liz’s for my appointment w Tess. She been doing my nails for 6 months now w BEAUTIFUL designs. She has an amazing imagination when doing her designs on nails. Definitely great customer service and support. Thank you so much
