LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators) reviews
7We're through the project now and have had nothing but great service and quality material.
Not happy with the quarter round they left us with. The flooring was also suppose to be scratch resistant. It got scratched when our refrigerator was moved back. No way to lift this huge thing. LL flooring customer service never followed up. I would not recommend this place. Also they quoted us a price then raised it at install. I like the flooring but if I had the chance I would go somewhere else. When you contact the local store they refer you to their customer service department. No accountability or responsibility here.
Love this place. Great prices and inventory. I've used them for years
These guys are great and very helpful! Very reasonable prices too! Haven't installed my flooring yet but the quality seems very good!
The worst place you can ever by flooring from. Most dishonest people I've ever seen and the foreign business. I've went to well over 20 houses that lumber liquidators has totally screwed over to try to help fix their problems. Just today I went to a house that they dropped off a lot of laminate to and unwrapped every Box even though it says right in the instructions not to unwrap on until you install. The reason they did this is so they can get out of the warranty and at the same time the people can't bring back the junk they sold them. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to that place. Let's not even talk about their warehouse is not climate controlled and it voids almost all the warranties they have because of the excessive temperature change. DON'T GO THERE!
They advertised flooring at 50% off for black friday and cyber monday, but both times I tried to check they state that the flooring is discontinued and give the options to pay over $100 in freight to ship it from another store or they try to upsell you from the counter. There is no option on the website to filter for flooring currently in stock, so you have to go through this garbage every time. I'll stick with a big box store, where I can at least tell what's in stock and no annoying salesman trying to pull the bait-and-switch.
