Loews Kansas City Hotel

This hotel is very nice, centrally located with an easy access garage for self-parking. My only complaint is the overpowering fragrance being pumped in to the lobby. Sadly we were underwhelmed by the room service offerings, the listing said there were three restaurants on site so we expected more selections.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very convenient for events at the Convention Center. EXCELLENT customer service. The elevators can get very busy/time consuming when there is a large event but that's to be expected.

Need a hotel downtown Kansas City, look no further. Convenient to convention center, Power & Light District, or tons of restaurants. The staff is AMAZING, and the hotel is FANTASTIC.

The Loews City Hotel was immaculate. It's centrally located, clean, upscale and the staff is amazing. Check in was speedy. My room was beautiful, clean and very room. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location is awesome as it is connected to the convention center.

Beautiful hotel right in downtown. Was there for a business meeting and it was a great event.

This is hands down the nicest hotel in Kansas City. We unfortunately do not have a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons type of hotels in KC, this finally makes up for it. This place is so modern, wonderful staff, and the nicest rooms. Highly suggest staying here on your visit! The rooftop bar is the best in KC.

An excellent lodging choice if you can get in for a reasonable price. Guest seems to horde the carts around checkout time but that's the case with nearly all hotels. Choose to park yourself rather than use the valet, it's much quicker, particularly around checkout time. The bar on the 7th floor has good eats, a nice sunset view, and GREAT service. We'll be back.

It’s big and nice and brand new and beautiful - yes. The beds were excellent and comfie, rooms very clean. We had a corner with floor to ceiling windows on the 17th floor, loved the views. Room service is just ok - and that makes a big difference to us! Parking garage easy. Quiet. We would likely go back ….

Excellent convention spot with an excellent view of town. On-site meals (buffet-style) were also surprisingly balanced and fresh.

Excellent staff and amenities. Super friendly and helpful across every venue. The rooms are nice and the elevators are super fast.

The hotel is very nice. It’s brand new, and it has all the modern amenities you’d expect. The beds are comfortable, the shower is very nice, and my room even had a small couch in it, so I didn’t have to sit on the bed the whole time.

Food options for conference meals were fine, but nothing spectacular.

The only hiccup was that the elevators were slow. There were between 1 and 3 elevators of the 8 total that were out of service at any time.

My only issue was that there were a few weddings and conventions going on and there was a point where we had to wait almost 20 minutes in a line for the elevators. There was no other way to get to our rooms.

Very nice hotel. Waited a really long time to check in. Staff was nice. Parking wasn’t the best which can be expected downtown. We had a great room with a view but the highway was right underneath and a bit loud at times. Should be expected in a downtown area though.
