They did such a great job on my Pom! Very professional staff and my dog was relaxed & happy (and so cute) when we picked him up.

Yesterday, we lost our Lola & Penelope’s virginity and we could not be happier! This shop for animals is amazing. This is like the Target for our furry friends! They have clothes, food, toys, puzzles, medicine… you name it, they got it.

This was the 3rd Annual Howl-O-Ween Barktacular put on by Yelp STL. Thank you so much for the invite!

Everything is extremely overpriced, and management is cruel. Customers who get their dogs regularly groomed may receive a card when they pass away - but don't be fooled. They're only "sorry" they won't be able to use your pet to line their pockets anymore. It's an incredibly hollow gesture. Employees do NOT receive the same treatment when tragedy strikes. Not so much as a piece of paper! For a business named after two deceased pets, they really don't care. There's no empathy or genuine love for animals from management. It's all about making as much money as possible. Please buy your pet products and services elsewhere, seriously - the prices are through the roof, and the owner is NOT a nice person. Even small businesses can be run by slimy people who treat their employees poorly. This job tormented my partner.

Very friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. Did a great job of taking care of my dog's nails.

I absolutely love this place! The groomers are fabulous with every single dog that I bring in, the customer service from the folks at the desk is perfect, and they're knowledgeable.

I have been trying to find a groomer for my Afghan Hounds for a long time. Many salons and groomers are not interested in grooming long-haired dogs as they slow down production times. I was extremely fortunate to find Mackenzie at Lola & Penelope’s who not only seems to enjoy working with them but does such a terrific job when grooming them. She is very skilled and patient with them and they look gorgeous when she finishes with them. I was fortunate to find her!

Love the holiday ties! Dexter always is groomed perfectly! No other groomer got the dark “tear stains” off - but you did! Love the pride you take in your work and so does Dexter!

I have been taking my toy poodle, Lottie, to Lola and Penelope’s for grooming ever since I adopted her two years ago. Rachel always does a great job, and Lottie leaves each time with an extra pep in her step!
