London Towers Apartments, Kansas City MO

If I could give lower I would. The door is barely attached and I just went on a 4 day trip. The manger of the building called telling us maintenance had to come in when we were gone. They couldn't wait one more day. The same Maintenance that we've had issues with multiple times already with budging into our house without knocking and things of that nature. I already had issue with them forcing their way into home by belittling me and my girlfriend, Saying they had to do it today after they already ignored this issue for a month. Well when we came home they turned off our heating and when I went down to see why they did that they said "They wouldn't do that" then said there coming in tomorrow. The one thing I can say is I hope they down own animals because they then said "It wouldn't kill them" like that would have made everything alright, even though the temps where supposed to get to the low 40s tonight. I was pissed at that point walked away then they had the audicty to send "Thank you for coming"

DONT MOVE HERE! THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONE WHEN YOU NEED STUFF FIX THEY ALSO DONT FIX ANYTHING! For this to be my first apartment I wouldn’t recommend it no nobody I feel like they cheated me out my money! And it’s more they did but I won’t speak on it. I just wanted to tell y’all / help y’all save yall & it’s not even worth it for 1200 or whatever you better off getting a house.

I recently moved into London Towers Apartments into a cozy one bedroom flat. I had originally dealt with Eloy who was quite courteous and helpful. I also was helped by Rebecca Hatch who made sure there was an apartment ready for me since the original one was getting delayed for the remodel. I appreciate her diligence in the matter and overall. The apartment was very clean and had been remodeled with new kitchen appliances and what looks like fresh paint. The carpet is either new or in very good and clean condition. I did learn that the property was bought in 2021 and they were upgrading the apartments as people moved out.

The property itself looks generally clean.

Overall, I am happy with London Towers Apartments.

Rebecca and the new management are awesome Rebecca is there to answer you're question no matter how big or even silly the question might be.my main complaints with these apartments an living here is the walls every bang from the neighbors the creeky floors and the darn parking I think out of all three the parking gets on my nerves the most nothing like gettin off work an having to park across the street

I wanted to take the time to thank Rebecca and he stuff. A couple weeks ago when it got really cold my car needed a jump start. Rebecca was out of the office at the time. I sent her an email to see if she could help me and she was quick to respond and send maintenance to my Rescue to get my car started and me on my way so I wasn't late to my next appointment. So hat's off to Rebecca and her stuff I appreciate your help. Thanks again

I'll tell you this, any apartment complex will have its up's and downs but with things are tough and money is tight and when it comes to financial problems Rebecca is the deal! She works very hard to help people out!

Big shout out to both Eloy and Rebecca.
Eloy was my leasing agent and did a wonderful job listening to my concerns and coming up with different options for me to consider, and when he was off Rebecca was there to help. I also have to mention what a great redesign that is being done. I viewed the same Apt. (1) the kitchen was like walking into a box and the other they had decided to tear a wall down and put a breakfast bar. It made the apartment feel more open and bigger, and it will let you view TV or have a conversation with a guest while cooking. Kudos to the genius who brought that to the table. In all so far I have had a GREAT experience
